Joto e prosongsa kori na keno, kom hoye jabe. Amra joto gulo menu try kore chi sob kota e chilo darun. Ek kotha e amr best legeche. Taste wise, ambience, staff behaviour sob mileye 9/10 na diye parlam na. Amr valo lagar moddhe one of the best place and food. A must visit place

food was amazing. price is on the higher side. ambience is whatever. but man is the service slow. took almost 1hr to bring out the food. the server tried make up for it with a cup of coffee for my mother. but I don't drink coffee/tea so I just sat there. server was polite and nice but man it took forever for the food to come. I ordered a prawn tetrazini, my mom had a mutton sizzler and took a side of onion rings. the server did try to excuse himself by saying they have renovations on but after reading the reviews it seems like it's a regular occurrence. it felt like the restaurant owner doesn't really care about the business, it's probably just a side hustle for them.

The pasta was bland and overpriced but the pizza and caramel custard were outstanding. However , the staff needs to be more patient as they switched off the AC even before we finished our meals. They don't give 10% discount on dineouts as mentioned in the Zomato app if you directly walk into the restaurant without prior booking which is a bit fishy because in other resturants they do give a discount.Quite a few iems on the menu were not available. It was an average experience but there is plenty of room for improvement.

Our experience with this restaurant was horrible, firstly, there was no proper handwash in the bathroom it was filled with water & detergent, The F&B people then told us that they do not serve regular water and have to take 1 ltr packaged drinking water cost around 100 per bottle ( we had let it slide, as every restaurant has their own rules) , the most pathetic thing was they asked us to leave because the restaurant owner's relative was supposed to come with their friends at that time when we were in the middle of finishing our food ( the food was served late btw ). As a person from the hosipitality industry, i could not fathom how on the earth you can ask a guest to LEAVE because the owner's relative was supposed to come with their friends. The food was good though

the food is very good ... but they serve the wrong item. we ordered for bhetki platter with some lemon butter sauce but they served baked fish. the waiter told us that we order both the platters inspite of confirming the thing that we ordered for 1 bhetki platter in lemon butter sauce . so result was we were served wrong and to pay for the same. half of the items were not there... waiter was going repeatedly to the kitchen for confirmation if the food is available or not. they don't even accept zomato payments... inspite providing offers through zomato.

ordered veg food... they gave chicken and later was arguing that the order was ok but the chef made it wrong... though they changed it later after asking few times... but they were not even apologetic about it

Terrible experience . Went there for dining around 9.30 pm and the restaurant was totally empty . I felt very awkward and wanted to leave but changed my mind and decided for a take away . When I opened the menu card to my utter dismay the printed price was much more for every item compared to swiggy / zomato . Still I just ordered a Roasted Chicken Salad and when the bill came it was 351 /- whereas ordering on zomato would cost me just 305/- . Quantity of the chicken was negligible and the salad did not even fill half of one container. You can see lots of lettuce and few pieces of smal chicken slices on the top . Most disgusting restaurant. Please don’t visit . You will be cheated .
