আদি কলকাতার সবচেয়ে প্রসিদ্ধ আর সাবেকি দোকান বলরাম মল্লিক, তার ই এক নতুন প্রজন্মের শাখা এটি। মিষ্টির quality সত্যিই ধরে রাখতে পেরেছে। কিছু জিনিস try করেছিলাম এখানে। তার মধ্যে অন্যতম baked রসগোল্লা 🤤 signature dish বলতে পারেন। তাছাড়া জলভরা সন্দেশ টাও নামকরা। এছাড়া রাধাবল্লভী আর ভাপা দই বেশ ভালো খেতে ❤

The staff are outright non cooperative. They charge freaking high gst and other charges but don’t deliver, neither cooperate in helping people pick boxes to the car. On raising, the lady at the counter says it’s fine don’t order bulk again from us but we won’t provide anyone to cooperate. They’ve very high thoughts about themselves. Never order bulk from them.

Staff behaviour is appalling. They think that they are queen bees of the world. Sorry to say but your attitude is only tarnishing the legacy of your brand. I had asked for a double-box package because I was planning to carry some sweets in-flight and as is customary for all sweet shops in Kolkata, asked for the same. The lady behind the counter called me all but stupid and told me that it is “scientifically impossible” to put a paper box into another one. She also challenged me to go ask whoever else I want in the store but nobody else will do what I was asking for. If this the attitude that you have for service, kindly quit the customer service industry because your behaviour is not only rude but pathetic. And I am putting this nicely because she refused to talk to me after a point and only spoke to my friend who was with me even though I was the one who was buying and interacting with her. Also her colleague, the lady at the cash till only reinstated her behaviour by talking to me in the same way. Either change your staff or instill some basic manners and decency into them.

Sector V, Balaram Mullick is worst in their customer support and service. Two times in a row they accepted order and has not delivered the right no of items. When you call them up they say mam sorry order once more and we will send you with the new order. Now even doing the additional order they dont send my early items which they missed. Instead they mention database didn't show my name, but when delivery service provider Zomato gives them a call suddenly everything works..isnt it magic ...why you made me order for the second time if you cannot track a customer properly. This is third time in the year you are doing this to me. You lose a valuable customer. Not ordering any more.

I went to the Salt Lake outlet, and I was in a hurry to catch my flight back to Ahmedabad. They utilised the opportunity and cheated me in the bill aspect. I ordered 6 rasgulas of rupees 24 each. So the total comes to 144. They showed it in bill as 12 rasgulas of 20 rupees each and charged me 240 instead of 144. Sheer robery from tourists. I would never recommend this store to anyone. People need to learn about honesty and customer service.

I have ordered Shon papdi, Dub sondesh, Chhana pora & Baked Mihidana...All are worst in the city. I am a sweet lover, tested from almost all big sweet shops but no other sweet maker is so horrible like Radharaman Mullick bla bla...

Worst dahi bade…. I had visited in the evening the place is empty but I had to wait for an hour and they send me one stall from another stall for no reason and then I got my parcel through receptionist boy !!!

Absolutely pathetic service ... Highly under staffed . No one keeps track of customers ... On top of that the staff has attitude issues .... Can't even make eye contact
