Oh this should be in your must try list if you love South Indian food in Kolkata. Crispy fried idli is perfect for starters. We've tried utthapm platers and chessy butter onions masala dosa. Just too good. Overall excellent 👌

The taste of Paper cheez dosa was very good. I personally not like their thali as not much variation of item and taste. But any kind of dosa you can choose.

This is a cloud kitchen. There is no fine in anymore as shown in the picture! So if you wanna order for home, go for it!

Well, banana leaf always give me an okay experience at every outlet. The food is good here and fresh and very close to my office. The rates are reasonable and service is fast. Tried a vada, which was good and also Mysore masala dosa, the masala could have been better. The only negative: the filter coffee served had sugar disposed in the bottom and not mixed well and wasn't hard as usual

The food served here is average Quality of the raw materials is quite satisfactory. Ambience is moderate but cleanliness is maintained. Service is moderate Waiting time is less. Parking facilities is not that great

Been there. ... Close to Office... Typical South Indian Flavor... Fresh and fast service... Idlis were beautiful... Great for some break from Office

Horrible experience. ordered 7 plate mini idli and they asked me to wait 10 min but after 1 hour they packed the same. Next I took the food at 9.30 AM in the morning and immediately after reaching home at 10. 30 AM we opened the parcel to eat. The white chutney was very badly smelling. They served the rotten/ stale chutney and ultimately our entire enjoy spoiled due to such Non professional restaurant. It was my mistake that I had not checked the reviews with similar complaints and remarks. Request everyone not to order the food from atleast Sector 2 branch. Very bad. I can't think even try once again at Banana Leaf. Better to order from small shops and get fresh food but never ever order at Banana Leaf specially Sector 2 branch.

I had ordered food from swiggy and I was amazed to see that the food delivered was stale. The food was smelling so badly that the entire order found its way to the dustbin. I couldn’t understand that how could a restaurant send such poor quality food to the customer.

Banana Leaf@ Dhakuria-White chutney is just filled with water, Potatoes (masala) smashed like it's a pani puri masala. Rava dhosa burnt. Pathetic food. Experience in dining ;god knows what they send in delivery items.
