Awesome food quality and great live music. Awesome ambiance. Great behavior and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment is the washroom space and hygiene.

Barbeque starters were good. Main course non veg was not that good. Live counters weren't that functional. Desserts were good. Ambience was noisy from loud music, both live and from records. The best was service.

The worst service I have seen in a Barbecue Nation outlet. 7 people visited. 2 of us stepped out for 10mins. When we came back the service had started but we never received the potato item and the corn was served after multiple request. Had to wait ages for the main course mutton to be prepared. Had to request multiple times for the drinks menu and finally received it just before we were about to start with dessert. The first guy even took the menu in hand and then forgot and walked away. Then had to ask a second guy. They were totally out of sync clearly.

This was my third visit to this outlet, and sadly, it will be my last. The service was horrible—my family and I spent most of the time with empty plates while staff served others. Even after multiple requests, food was served in minimal portions, as if they were trying to limit consumption and also only 4-5 starters served. I asked three times for prawns and finally received just one stick with three pieces. Mutton was delayed by 15 minutes and when served again only minimum portion served, chicken chap was empty, and kulfi flavours were unavailable. I paid 2800 but barely ate food worth 1000. No manager checked in. Worst service ever experienced.
