Visited Barbeque Nation at Howrah Platina Mall and had a great experience. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and well-coordinated—they kept checking in without being intrusive. The food quality was consistently good, grills were refilled on time, and the service made the whole experience smooth. Easily one of the better Barbeque Nation outlets I’ve visited. Would happily return.

I went yesterday with my family for dinner and the experience was outstanding. The food was hot and lip smacking. All the items were good. The behaviour of the waiters were a top notch, they had a smile on their face while serving and were eager to help always.

there was no live grill option and no mutton item was there only 1 fish item and 2 ya 3 chicken in startes

they didn't allow us even though we pre-booked and they misbehaved with us...they literally sent us away..The manager Asfaq was very rude and just doesn't know how to treat customers. they even said that zomato is a third party app and we don't approve it. They have let customers who didn't pre-book or anything.

worst experience. we booked via Zomato. The menu which was shown on Zomato was missing. they have showed a different menu to us. actually there is no grill facilities there. just think barbeque nation without grill😂😂😂😂. they also started arguing with us call Zomato why they showed this menu.
