Had a wonderful time with my husband on Friday afternoon and the staffs arranged our anniversary cake and celebrated. After finishing the food we could not have the celebration cake so they also packed the cake so that we can have back at home. Which was so amazing. Also the manager attended us frequently to ask if all the food were good or according to our test buds or not. Over all we loved the food and the service.

Plenty of great veg options as well as deserts. Starters were delicious and filling that we could hardly go and get the main course. The deserts were also delicious. The service is absolutely wonderful, noticing even small things.

I visited BARBEQUE NATION twice with my family. We tried their buffet both the times and we enjoyed a lot. We would love to visit here again & again.

I chose to have my birthday dinner with 8 of my guests last night at Barbeque Nation, Acropolis Mall, and that was a big mistake. I had made the reservation on the Barbeque Nation app on 2nd August 2025 for my dinner on 6th August 2025. Over the last 2 days, I had spoken thrice over the phone with a lady regarding my booking, how I wanted all my 8 guests seated together in one table, but not once was it mentioned to me that my reservation, which was at 7:30 PM, was just for a slot until 9 PM. This is absurd because no restaurant gives you a time slot. Neither the Barbeque Nation app nor the lady who did the confirmation gave me any such info. They had double-booked my table. We got in at 7:45 PM, and by 9-ish, the waiter first started rushing my guests to start with the main course, telling us that at 9 PM the table is reserved for another set of guests. They didn't stop at this. After 15-20 minutes, the lady I had spoken to on the call and the manager came to the table, and I got out to speak to them. I told them it's not fair to harass my guests this way and that it is embarrassing for me because I had invited them. That is when both of them hassled me, saying the slot is only for 1.5 hours. "Can you finish soon?" I mean, seriously?! The manager especially made comments in an absolutely rude tone. Meanwhile, my guests were ready to leave because they were seeing me getting all worked up on my birthday. I told them to enjoy the meal, but by the time the damage was already done, and everyone's mood was spoiled. After all this ruckus, Mr. Jaydev from the restaurant came up to me, and he is the only person who was polite while speaking and apologized for the behavior and said that we should just continue and enjoy our meals. Despite specifically mentioning a table for 8, we were put next to a photo booth of another kid's birthday party. My guests were made to leave their chairs and stand aside just so that the photographer could click pictures!!! This whole experience was just so horrible that it spoiled my evening as well as those I had invited. If you aren't capable of taking reservations, then you should mention the same over the phone and not double-book the same place for money and harass your guests. If you are planning any celebration, I would suggest that you DO NOT book Barbeque Nation because they are just going to mess up your day. I can't even review the food because I don't even remember how the food tasted as I was just worried the whole evening about how my guests were being insulted by the staff. The whole evening turned out to be a pathetic one thanks to Barbeque Nation! Never stepping foot there again!!!! I frequently visit Flame n Grill and Absolute Barbeque; they never set their guests on a timer while eating. Maybe you all at Barbeque Nation need training on hospitality and soft skills while handling guests!

Barbeque Nation at Garia has pathetic service. They will give skewers with 01 pc in it and this leads to a long wait after you have consumed that. moreover in buffet half the items are not refilled properly. dessert has more of cut fruit than regular ones. also buffet taste is bad
