unprofessional Staff,many item unavailable(Chicken wing) in menu nachos are mentioned 249 Veg&299 Chkn,when I ordered Ch Nacho Cashier told me 349,100 extra for chicken,I asked,i have been told that menu was not updated, after I argued, 299 charged😂

Hindustan road Barista has been on this road for many years, what has happened recently is they have started recruiting worse possible over the counter executives for customer service. They are not able to make proper coffee nor do they have any decency, and don't know how to behave with customers. No dearth of food coffee shops in south Calcutta anymore, so no Barista for me at least for the next couple of years until they improve customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Barista, Hindustan Road. The service was extremely poor — staff were unresponsive and behaved rudely when asked basic questions. There was a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. For a well-known brand like Barista, this kind of attitude is shocking. Definitely not visiting this outlet again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for a decent café experience

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Behavior Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Service was slow and filled with mistakes, and when I asked for help, I was met with impatience. I won’t be returning and highly recommend looking elsewhere.

The coffee is bad. The attitude of the servers are worse! Would suggest no one to go to this cafe. If u want rude servers with a bad attitude and bad coffee then go ahead.
