I loved this place. To sit at that corner seat and see the crowd walk past that glass door felt good. Ruma was extremely lovely, guiding me on what is the best they make based on my taste preference. Aishwarya kept me warm with her smile and talks. Thanks to both of you for having me remember a nice weekend in Calcutta!!

Came here on a busy sunday of pre-puja shopping waves. The cafe is usually not occupied even on Sundays, hence this was a good option to sit down and relax. We tried - Affogato - Simply, OUT OF THE WORLD! Personally I like my coffee too strong. They made it exactly like that, with an added scoop of vanilla ice cream, which affogato usually has. I haven't tried an affogato like that for so long. If you don't like your coffee strong, you might NOT wanna like that! Highly recommended for coffee lovers. Chocolate shake - basically I opted for Belgium shake, then another one I can't remember – both weren't available. So the house recommended this to us. It was, good, quite good .. but after affogato i wasn't willing to have anything 😂 so I tried a few sip. Penne Alfredo - quite good and filling. We added chicken to it to enhance the taste. Loved it. Basically a lovely place to hangout, sit and relax, or just work by yourself.

Pizzas are frozen :-( improperly reheated. Avoid if possible. Coffee not flavourful.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I have faced. I booked a table through Zomato with a 50% off offer for 3 people by paying ₹75 booking amount. When we reached, one of our friends was on the way, so we thought of ordering something first. Shockingly, the staff forced us to make pre-payment for the food which makes no sense in a restaurant. They were extremely rigid, unprofessional, and rude. On top of that, they said the Zomato offer can only be applied once, so if we ordered later when our friend arrived, we wouldn’t get the discount again. Instead of helping or suggesting a solution, they argued and showed zero customer service. We finally decided to leave the place immediately because of such pathetic and arrogant behaviour, and even lost our booking amount. This place clearly has no value for customers, no professionalism, and no courtesy. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant if you don’t want to ruin your evening.

worst service and pizza Service:- After accepting booking and order they forced to order beverages as well else they would not serve, and since we have booked by district and paid cover charge we have to order pizza as well along with pasta. Pizza:- worst quality of pizza they provide . full waste of money. will never try or recommend anyone to try pizza from Barista. Bread was so hard. They also had 2 Menu booklet at the outlet. For Some Items they say that this booklet is wrong and for some items they say another booklet is wrong. Worst Service as well.

They don't serve Small size instead of having in the manu, also they have hidden changes which they don't disclose at the time of order they just add it in the bill.
