EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS WE ORDERED ICE CREAM SHAKE THAT ICE CREAM WAS OUT OF ORDER THEY GAVE US A DIFFERENT SHAKE WITHOUT INFORMING THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE STRAW SO THEY ASKED TO TAKE US IN PLASTIC CUP THEN THE SHAKE WASN'T EVEN COLD ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS PRINTED PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTERS I HAVE VISITED BR OF OTHER LOCATION THE STUFF IS SO MUCH CORDIAL THEY WERE VERY RUDE The lady in the picture is extremely rude doesn't know how to behave with customers

No doubt the ice creams are good..but the staff sucks..maybe you should send your park Street staff to the other ice cream outlets of park Street like Rollicks or Hobby Centre to learn basic etiquettes when dealing with customers.

The staff in the uniform was very rude.. we just left without even placing the order because of his behaviour. Would never visit the park street branch again. Expect better behaviour from Baskin Robbin's employees.

Today I have ordered biscoff lotus ice cream and the quality of the icecream was not good it was stale. I have complained regarding the issue but it wasn’t resolved.

I agree with the rest of the Reviewers Baskin Robbins Park Street Employees are too rude and very lazy.
