I am an old customer of this restaurant however the quality has de graded.. We ordered Chicken Lollipop- 4/5, Quantity and taste both are good.. Mughal E Azam Biriyani (Mutton)- 1/5, Worst Biriyani ever tasted.. Excessive salty, mutton pieces were burnt and aloo was too small.. Chicken reshmi butter masala- It was good, a bit on the sweeter side but I was only able to gulp that Biriyani because of that gravy otherwise it was impossible to have it.. I went mostly for the Biriyani as I heard it was really good however I was highly disappointed this time..

Our experience during the recent visit to the Restaurant was very bad. We booked through Zomato Fine Dining. The manager declined us with very attitude. Though our past experiences were very good.

they doesn't accept Zomato pay only. disappointed. when they show offer in zomato pay, they should accept it. Disappointed with that. rest food and ambience is good.

The portion could have been more justified.. the pic shows the size of pieces they provide for ₹440. I mean there should be some justification for prices related to portion.

Pathetic experience of a Dinner 1 Mocktail was served with main course, after starter 2 A dish of Starter was served with main course 3 Even after repeating while taking order, an order item was missed. 4 According to the taste of blue lagoon, green salad was better. Mutton hyderabadi was the worst dish I have ever tasted. 5 When I tried to complain about the behaviour, the missing order and the disturbing behaviour (they wanted to ask, if they need to serve a dish 7 times within 3 mins), the manager seems to be very casual. 6 We've tried to complain about the same while paying, the respective person was un-responsive, the body language was like you've ordered, had it, now just pay and go 7 I said as compared to the previous experience the current experience was pathetic, they wanted to know the time of last visit, I said it was pre-lockdown, they're like "it's a long time ago, it doesn't even matter" I won't suggest anyone to visit or have food here.

The so called manager denied the payment via Zomato. what's the point of staying enlisted on zomato if you are not going to abide by the regulations. highly disappointed. Management needs to address the issue at earliest.

zomato services are not available in the restaurant as per the staff even after it's showing in the zomato app... staff are not even cooperative.. food is very average too
