The food was awesome and the staff is very courteous....the vibe is really good Also I have booked through district and I am non-alcoholic so instead of a free beer they had provided me with a complimentary mocktail. Very kind of them to be honest

I never imagined I would have to write a review like this, but after the way my complaint was handled, I feel it is important to share my experience. I visited Beer Station, Diamond Plaza, with my friends and siblings on 11th July 2026. During my visit, I was repeatedly approached by an individual associated with the venue, Rachit Shaw. His behaviour towards me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Despite informing the manager at the venue, the issue was not handled effectively, and I ultimately had to leave. After the incident, I contacted the owner, Mr. Aditya Sirkar, expecting the matter to be taken seriously. I requested that the CCTV footage be reviewed and appropriate action be taken. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done. As a customer, and especially as a woman, this response was deeply disappointing. What made the situation even more upsetting was that after I raised my complaint with the owner, the same individual contacted me and spoke to me in a disrespectful and intimidating manner for reporting the incident. A hospitality business is responsible not only for serving food and drinks but also for ensuring that every guest feels safe, respected, and valued. Ignoring complaints of inappropriate behaviour sends a very wrong message. I am taking the matter forward through the appropriate legal process. My intention in writing this review is not to damage anyone’s reputation, but to raise awareness and encourage the management to take customer safety, dignity, and complaints seriously. I sincerely hope Beer Station improves its standards of professionalism and accountability so that no other guest has to experience what I went through.

Unprofessional staff, bad service, and zero hospitality. The place was overcrowded, the music was irritating, and hygiene was not maintained properly. We felt very uncomfortable there. Totally waste of time and money.
