We personally felt the taste of all the cuisines were good. Just the portion could have been a little bit more as compared with the price. Else overall experience was great. For basanti polao lovers you won't get that yellow colour as food colour is restricted as I got to know.

The food presentation was impressive, and the quantity was sufficient. Food quality was commendable, and the recipes were delightful. It should work upon the customer service, especially concerning the serving of food.

It was home delivery food through Zomato.Quantity was so less cannot say anything. Lotta Macher jhura only alu paste and bones were there. Too much Jhal. Mochar ghanto with chingri mach it was good in taste but potato was too much less mocha. Shukto was good.

The taste was not that great as in the main branch - Just about average. Service was pretty steady and fast. Hotel ambience, staff behaviour are also fine

Went here on Poila Boishakh and honestly, not a great experience. We called beforehand but no one picked up, so we went directly. Got a table quickly, but were told only thali was available (no à la carte). The non-veg thali was ₹1200+gst with around 10 items, and they said it’s shareable. We ordered 3 thalis for 6 people after confirming it would be enough and that each would have 4 mutton pieces. But when the food came, portions were way too small — rice, dal, pulao not even enough for one person. And instead of 4, we got just 2 mutton pieces per thali. When we asked, the head staff was quite rude and said portions are less if you share, and refills would only happen if one thali per person is ordered — which was never told earlier. Food tasted good, but the overall experience just didn’t sit right. If you’re charging premium prices, basic transparency, clear communication, and respectful behavior shouldn’t be optional. As a customer, you expect to know what you’re paying for — not figure it out after the food arrives. Definitely not visiting this outlet again.

The food is good, but the service is very poor. The waiters do not listen to you and they are nonchalant - more often it is passing the buck - one man will tell the next one, that guy will tell another one and this third dumbo will shout out 'HAA, AAI AKKHUNI HOCHCHEY' - and, nothing will happen. The coordination between the set menu in the menu card to the waiters to the chef in the kitchen is very poor - nobody knows what is happening. I had ordered 3 chapatis with bhuni chicken. After serving one chapati these fools forgot about me - 'AAI KITCHENEY BOLA ACHCHEY' is what these fools kept repeating - for 20 minutes I had to ask four different waiters for my chapatis - and the treatment from them was as if I am a beggar begging for an ounce of food. Final words - teach hospitality and customer satisfaction to these dumb idiots.

Uses too much chilli to mask suboptimal quality of ingredients. Portion sizes aren't even enough for a child.
