The food was excellent. It wasn't greasy or oily yet tasted delicious. The portion size was sufficient. No complaint there. However the rude and indifferent behaviour of the manager, Pintu left a bitter taste. Despite repeated requests for a repeat order, he wouldn't budge from his place and look into it even though the restaurant was empty. He then began to quarrel rudely. This was the sore point in the otherwise wonderful dining experience. I'd request the management to look into the behaviour of such rude staff.

I have written on this place before and am writing again. As far authenticity of Bengali cuisine is concerned, this place never failed to win our hearts. Mutton, ilish, chingri each and every dish has it's own charm. But after making a name in the Bengali cuisine restaurants, a little improvement on ambience, variety on platters are expected. Now as it has tough competitors it is high time they carve a niche, work on their USP. Overall the experience was good as usual. Nothing much to say!

STAY AWAY!! Once good , now trash!! I had been an ardent fan of Bhojohori Manna and have ordered multiple times for many many years. Recently I had ordered food from Bhojohori Manna via Swiggy. One of the items was a Bhapa Ilish. When we opened the delivered box, I was surprised to see a wee little piece of Ilish with negligible meat ( categorically called “Gharer Mach”) in a stale gravy indicating it was not even freshly prepared. Actually I paid about Rs. 500 for this. The “Mutton Duckbangalow had 3 bones with negligible meat and tasted at least a few days old. The “dal of the day” should have been calles “THE DAL OF LAST WEEK”. The fish rongpuri fry was actually a 1 inch fillet enhances with 6-8 inches of coated cram. When I called up the delivering branch, Garia, the answer I got was that all the pieces that they have are the same, and I should take it up with Swiggy. I was also told that I can go ahead and write a derogatory review if I like, and they don’t really care. This in my opinion, is the epitome of poor quality of service and a serious let down of your brand. I would like to let you know that this jncident has seriously made me think if I should order from Bhojohori Manna again!

the quantity of Rs 70 is surprisingly less. really sry to say but it seems like a Robbery when u match the prices of the dishes and the quantity delivered to customer's homes. These r the photos of quantity with respect to a Rs 10 ajwain box which is only 6 cm in length pretty sad to see this state of a resturant

I ordered Basanti pulao & mutton chap. but mutton piece is not well cooked. Same time I ordered nutan gurer ice creame. They already forget that I ordered nutan gurer ice creame. So I think that service & food quality has improved.

limited food available. Most of the items in menu are not available during puja days. Very casual behaviour of staff. 2 portions of rice will be sufficient for one average person.

Overrated, less value for price. Very disappointed. Specifically, increase the quantity of basanti polau in particular, isn't enough for 1 person.

Too bad and bland food tastes , hefty price without getting proper food and quantity, what a bad experience to me and my whole family
