The very own bengali restaurant of Vedic Village spa and resort. You can spend your vacation at the beautiful villas and devour the bengali mahabhoj thalis available in veg, non veg and ilish varients. You're going to love the starters especially begun pora pakora, bhetki fry, kumro chingri bharta, murgi piyazi. And other loads of starters. Loved the songsir mutton kalia, bhetki paturi and cholar dal it was just perfect like home. Lastly can't forget to mention the baked mihidana. There were over 15+ items in their thalis all were equally delicious and all their raw materials are home grown. Prices start at ₹1699. Lunch timings from 12-4pm Dinner Timing from 7-11pm

The food and ambience was really commendable. Loved the vibe of earthy seating. The prawn curry need a little more attention. otherwise, a good service.

The food was really good, and the restaurant helped to choose the perfect menu for us however the price tag shared at Zomato was not available. Bhoomi Restaurant should be much more active for the regular updates of their menu. Thanks Zomato for arranging a good discount in pricing.

Once a very loyal customer......I am now a very disappointed one. Firstly there was lack of staff, no proper cutleries, napkins were unclean. Then to make things worse the food quality and price was very disappointing. They charged 1300 for the meal of a 6 year old!!! Items mentioned weren't given. Taste n quality of fish also not upto the mark. Never going again

The food was good but service was pathetic. We went on Dashami for dining. We were 5 of us and we were seated on the too. We ordered thalis. The thalis came after an hour. There was no tissue paper or spoon even after asking for it a lot of times. One of the thalis did not have the egg devil. We asked them first it, the waiter said this is how it is. Then they brought it in a separate plate. Then we asked to oack the sweets. The waiter who was serving us at the 1 st floor in top said they cant pack. So we said we saw people packing and taking food. We were said so. Then he said the packing was stopped now. Then we said we are here waiting for an uour, how can service stop like that? Atleast use any box but pack us. Then they dumped all the sweets and dahi in one bowl literally. This is so spiteful and such misbehaviour isnt expected from a hotel of such stature. Even you dont give cows food like that and here we are epaying above 2199 per thali and this is the service?!

Been to Bhoomi couple of times. food was good but yesterday was utterly disappointed. Staff didn't tell us it is closed. Coordination between staff members is lacking. Took a buggy from reception to go to bhoomi and even they didnt tell us. Mr Biswajit Mitra of vedic village is such a terrible manager. We called him prior going to bhoomi, he never told us it is closed, on top asked us to keep waiting once we reached. He kept on misguiding us till we lost our patience and left. They ruined our special day.

They do not have enough staff to run the restaurant. We waited for about 1.5 hours and only recd. a quater portion of our order. If the weekends are busy they should anticipate that and function accordingly.
