Victor is an AMAZING manager. He makes you feel so welcomed in the restaurant and is really prompt with his responses. I absolutely loved Paneer biryani here and Victor was kind enough to accommodate my request to make it spicier. I really would be visiting this joint specifically more often especially because such a humble welcome by Victor and such tasty biryani.

Victor's hospitality once again has made the visit to this particular Biryani By Kilo branch worth it. Really an amazing host and a lovely person to be around. He made sure the food is extremely tasty!

Taste - 100 Service - 100 Was disappointed that they removed chicken 65 hyd biryani but the other dishes made up for it

Fraud Restaurant Bad behaviour poor food Order number 5487 i ordered a kolkata mutton biryani from golpark kolkata outlet for my guest who is around 65-70 yrs old .. i called the restaurant directly, their golpark outlet number from zomato is invalid then I called the customer care I told him many times please provide me the number he didn't I requested him to call the restaurant not msg or text them after repeating 3 4 times he said he will do msg to inform the restaurant after this I called zomato delivery agent on request he forward his ph directly to a restaurant staff I told theme please provide 2 good pieces it is for a old person earlier two times they provide bad pieces so..1st he said our food comes to us from factory as READY I asked what is the meaning of ready? then said No actually ur handi is already packed couldn't change the pieces now already 35 min left as per zomato timing from golpark to baghajatin he added their mutton pieces like this please order chicken biriyani not mutton.. then after 1 min he said u r late your food is out for delivery 1st the customer care took my 10 min then the restaurant staff purposely ate my time to avoid changing of food and he is continuously changing his statements after that some other staff picked up my call from him asked me what happened from starting point .. lastly they didn't respond to me while I was waiting on call, they were busy with chitchat in between them.. if they were out for delivery how zomato accept my order cancellation than and there after that?? fraud restaurant.. my guest couldn't have her biriyani on her special day for this reason at 3 o'clock noon earlier I ordered by zomato they provided bad pieces of both chicken and mutton so thought I should call the restaurant directly.. My question is why the staff behaviour is so bad just for 2 pieces of mutton where I mentioned it is for a old lady

Extremely disappointing experience. I genuinely don't understand the hype. What went wrong: - The service was terrible from start to finish. - The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive. - After waiting that long, the food quality was nowhere near acceptable. - For a place called Biryani by Kilo, it's ironic that they don't even serve a full kilo of biryani. - The server was practically invisible for most of our visit. We spent more time looking for staff than actually being served. - It was obvious that online orders were being prioritized while dine-in customers were treated like an afterthought. - The prices are completely unjustified for the quality and service you receive. Absolutely not worth the money. - They couldn't even manage the basics. The tissue box stayed empty, and no one bothered to refill it. The only positive: - The ambience was decent, about 3/5. Unfortunately, nice interiors can't make up for terrible food and even worse service. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. I won't be coming back, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for good biryani or decent hospitality.

I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences here. What went wrong: 1. The service was shockingly poor from start to finish. 2. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, with no updates or apologies from the staff. 3. The food quality was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what you’d expect for the price. 4. For a place called Biryani by Kilo, it’s ironic that they don’t even serve a full kilo of biryani as the name suggests. 5. The server was missing for almost the entire meal. It was nearly impossible to get anyone’s attention whenever we needed something. 6. It was obvious that online orders were being prioritized while dine-in customers were completely neglected. 7. The pricing is absolutely not justified. The experience, quantity, and quality don’t come close to offering value for money. 8. To top it all off, they couldn’t even be bothered to refill the tissue box, which reflects how little attention is paid to basic customer service.

Had a really bad experience, things that didn't go right: 1.Service was extremely poor. 2.The food came extremely late. 3. Food quality was really bad. 4. The name is biryani by kilo but they don't serve a kilo of biryani. 5. The server was not even around for 80% of the time. 6. The online orders were delivered but dine in guests were not properly taken care of. 7. Value for money was not there. 8. Even they didn't bother to refill the tissue box. what was good 1. Just the ambience 3/5

I have been a long-term customer here, but I was very disappointed to see the drop in quality of the food recently. I returned after a year to this outlet and the difference in the food served was appalling. We ordered a Mutton Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. The pieces were underwhelming. While the rice was cooked well, the quantity also appeared to have suffered in the last one year. For the price charged, this was all in all an extremely subpar experience.

had ordered food from Swiggy at 11.57 pm on 25th June, but after waiting for 2 hrs also when the food was not delivered connected with the delivery partner and got to know that the restaurant is closed at 2.10 am on 26th June.
