One of the finest cafes of Kolkata! This is located at Suburban Hospital Road, just a few metres from the Rabindra Sadan metro station (exit from Elgin Road side). The location is very convenient. The ambience here is really good, along with their tasty foods. We ordered Grilled Murg Makhan Wala Sizzler and a Blueberry Cheesecake. The sizzler was top notch, a perfect blend of boiled veggies with soft chicken, served with a sufficient amount of rice. The portion of the sizzler was good enough for two people. Cheesecake was so-so for me!

one of the best cafe serving the best burger in the city! We had smoked grilled chicken burger and hands down, the size and quality of the chicken pieces were there in the burger was extremely juicy and fresh. And the fries and onion rings were very crispy! Also we wanted to try their coconut mojito but it was not available that time so we took blue lagoon and it was totally refreshing. I honestly loved the food and one whole burger with the sides are enough to make one full because of the large quantity. totally impressed 🤍

I really like the food here. Their fish dishes are especially nice and the fish fresh. The service is a bit on the slow side, but that suits me and my friend and I go there basically to eat and chat. I just have one question for the people there. They keep on sending me messages saying I have garnered points, but I am never able to redeem them. Once they told me that since the bill was already made, they could not make changes. Just yesterday I went and asked them about the points before placing my order. The individual taking the order told me he'll go and find out about it, but never got back to me. The food is quite decently priced, so I don't mind even if I don't get a discount. But my point is, if you are not going to redeem the points, why pester me with so many messages about it? Is it a marketing policy? If so, I think it is making people irritated rather than attracting them.

A long awaited visit and its a good place in terms of food and ambience. The service is a bit slow and looks slightly understaffed in terms of the place. The washroom was slightly smelly else all seemed fine.

We went in for desserts and ordered their biscoff cheesecake and the sizzling brownie. The brownie was okay but the cheesecake was stale and when we informed them, they kept arguing how fresh all their desserts are. Later when another person came with our bill, asked us how the food was and on being told that the food was not up to the mark, again argued that their cheesecakes are very fresh. what is the point of asking for feedback if you are not willing to take the negative ones? :) Not the best food, surely not the best service. Unnecessarily rude staff. Momo plaza, Orchid or Tibetan Delight, just a few steps away would be a better idea for anyone looking for a better experience than we had with Black Brick. For desserts however, maybe visit the FroYo place nearby.

Horrible staff, they do what they want.. dont understand customer requirements - order a burger worth 400 - spoilt soft nachos in the burger - cold fries n onion rings - they specialize in burgers from their brand fat mamas and this is what they are serving - when i told them its full full cold, they double fried it and got it, over and above that when i told them to get the bill instead - they simply got the bill for us and when we paid (even for that burger) after we reached the exit gate they got fries on a plate - horrible worst experience ever - i have the owners number also, msgd him too to inform this , but guess what - no reply after my bad review msg

Service was too poor. The female staffs doesn’t have any curtesy. Such a nice cafe needs to improve their service. The waiters doesn’t ask before clearance and also doesn’t take care of the customers. They were extremely busy with their own gossips. The manager was well polished and mannered. Won’t come back again to this place neither will suggest anyone

we had the hazelnut cold coffee and iced mocha. Both of them were too sweet. No coffee at all. only sugar. please don't try. also the tiramisu was too moist and poor quality.
