food was tasty ..place i really liked .. but waiters were too busy i can understand..but one of them who was servicing us .. was way too busy ..he took our one order and then he was going like that we had to give our order in 3 subsequent times .. we got irritated bcz of his behavior

Blue mug has become a regular spot for me and my friends for the consistency in food quality and taste. By default when we don't want to search for anything new, this is the place for us.

the food was quite delicious, the pizza had a nice munch to it along with the cheese pull. Also the iced americano was smooth. The exact amount of bitterness I would expect it to have.

wow just 😳 wow 😲 food ......to me it was the best cafe in that area.....price is too reasonable .....in this price they serving amazing 😍🤩 food.. we orderd 1- mushroom soup 🍲...it was super 😋 with full creamy 2- chiken quessidila Good in taste overloaded with staffing and the last and tastiest food was chiken lasagne.......super yammi If you are looking for a café which saves your budget and serves delicious 😋 food, I definitely recommend Blue Mug

Very bad experience. Fish n chips was nothing like it is supposed to be. The meat was too chewy. Had a terrible experience.

The service has gone down to zero. I entered blue mug cafe at 9. They did not take orders for many of their dishes including chelo kabab. Their reason being closed for ordering. Dishes like steaks and chelos are only available in the morning. They should mention this on their menu though. Iced tea wasn't available. They said only mocktails could be served. I ordered a litchi punch at 9.15. They added that the last order has already been taken and cannot accept anymore orders for drinks. So if that's the case, Blue Mug Cafe needs to update their cafe closing time at 9PM and not 10. The chef apparently has to take the 9.40 train and needs to leave early. What a poor and disgusting experience!! Is that what you pay for??? Oh, forgot to mention that the staff was literally quarrelling among themselves inside the kitchen, making the cafe seem like a fish market...

The service was not good at all. Many items were unavailable, and they had even run out of coffee mugs. The staff’s behavior was rude, as if we were forcing them to serve us. Most people there did not seem happy with the service. Very disappointed.
