My go to place for outing with friends. Nice ambience. Peaceful where u can sit and have a nice chat. Lasagna here is my favourite. Tried Chicken Salami Pizza and Peach Ice tea also this time. Which were good. Ice tea could be better but was okay. Ice cream was good. Nice experience always.

Blue mug has become a regular spot for me and my friends for the consistency in food quality and taste. By default when we don't want to search for anything new, this is the place for us.

the food was quite delicious, the pizza had a nice munch to it along with the cheese pull. Also the iced americano was smooth. The exact amount of bitterness I would expect it to have.

wow just 😳 wow 😲 food ......to me it was the best cafe in that area.....price is too reasonable .....in this price they serving amazing 😍🤩 food.. we orderd 1- mushroom soup 🍲...it was super 😋 with full creamy 2- chiken quessidila Good in taste overloaded with staffing and the last and tastiest food was chiken lasagne.......super yammi If you are looking for a café which saves your budget and serves delicious 😋 food, I definitely recommend Blue Mug

I have probably been a regular customer here for the last 10yrs. The service has become terrible to say the least. Seems there is no vigilance from the owner and the staff misuse it to the greatest extent. Food is still good though. But the service time and staff behaviour absolutely ruined my father's birthday celebration. We ordered a starter and then 4 steaks. None of the starter plates were cleaned from the table even though most of the boys kept standing near glued to his mobile! For the entire time of 1.5hr we stayed no one came to clear the starter plates and we ate our mains right beside those eaten plates. One steak came within 10mins of the starter, another came after another 20mins. The last 2 came after another 20mins!! Who serves food like this to the same table!? And hardly 3 tables were occupied at that time. Most of the staff except for one, are busy with their phones or chatting with each other. They don't even know the basic hospitality. Oh and the last thing, for the last 3yrs whenever we want to order fresh lime soda (sweet) they say they don't have sugar!! It's a wonder to us how can a cafe have no sugar every single time!! Surprisingly they were serving all other mocktails like watermelon cooler etc. I have been a big fan of their food, specially the steaks but I sincerely doubt I would be visiting here again.

So I’ve been coming to Blue mug since i can remember. It was so hyped back then and honestly it was worth the hype, i think I’ve been coming here for 10 years now. Today after a long time i was in town and decided to visit the cafe, went in around 9.18pm, ordered food. A staff came after 15 mins asked that whether there’s any more things i wanna order, i requested that ill order a bit later but then he insisted that kitchen will close and they are taking last order, which is ABSOLUTELY fine and i understand and gave them my last order. I went for a smoke outside while my food was in the table, first as i returned and started eating one of the staff asked time to pay the bill, upon asking whether i can pay it after finishing my food he said no i have to close the cash counter, the problem here is he told me that in a blunt way which honestly was shocking as i never experienced this type of service in Blue Mug ever. So I paid and started eating, after 10 mins he asked me to eat quickly as he had to pack up and go home. It made me so pissed that i asked them to pack. I’ve been working in the hospitality sector since 5 years, so clearly this is not a way how to treat a customer. He was extremely rude and didn’t even apologise, as something as simple as sorry. After packing he kept the food on the table and just went, no thank you no sorry. The food was very good as expected but the service is shit. Either train your staff properly as in how to handle a guest or hire some staff who actually knows how to behave. Terrible and shocking service.

The service has gone down to zero. I entered blue mug cafe at 9. They did not take orders for many of their dishes including chelo kabab. Their reason being closed for ordering. Dishes like steaks and chelos are only available in the morning. They should mention this on their menu though. Iced tea wasn't available. They said only mocktails could be served. I ordered a litchi punch at 9.15. They added that the last order has already been taken and cannot accept anymore orders for drinks. So if that's the case, Blue Mug Cafe needs to update their cafe closing time at 9PM and not 10. The chef apparently has to take the 9.40 train and needs to leave early. What a poor and disgusting experience!! Is that what you pay for??? Oh, forgot to mention that the staff was literally quarrelling among themselves inside the kitchen, making the cafe seem like a fish market...

The food is really good here, but the service and the employees’ behavior is horrible. They had a really bad attitude, especially the manager who makes the mocktails. I was just asking for my remaining change. Not only that, we had to wait 30 minutes and they didn’t respond at all. When I finally told them I had other work and needed to leave, the manager said, ‘We don’t have any cash. You’ll have to pay online, otherwise you’ll need to wait until we get some cash.’ Seriously? I had to wait 30 minutes just for ₹400. Also, the other employees were just roaming around and doing nothing. Blue Mug, your food is awesome, but please work on your service.
