They charged 1 liter Bisleri water bottle as 49 rupees whereas it can be bought for 20/25 rupees outside. If they charge like Rs49 for 1 liter water bottle then they should provide some better brand. The chicken 65 was horribly bad. Butter chicken was not that good . Liked the masala kulcha and brownie with ice cream.

While the restaurant is in a prime location and have a cool ambience, the most important aspect of a restaurant - food, thats where they lack expertise. Starter was just ok, but the main course is below average. And they served wrong dish, fish instead of prawn. They offered to serve prawn but had to decline as their service is too slow. Lot to improve, not recommended.

The food was good, but unfortunately, we had a bad experience at the entrance of this restaurant. The lack of professionalism from the staff is staggering. Initially, there was a queue and we had to wait. An official personnel from the restaurant was taking the names of the guests, and we were specifically told to come back after 10 minutes so they could arrange a two-seat table for us. They even promised they would call us if a vacancy opened up sooner. When we came back after 10 minutes, we saw they were sending guests in abruptly with absolutely no regard for the order of names written in the register. Watching people who arrived after us get seated while we were ignored was infuriating. To make matters worse, when we tried to address this mess, a person who identified themselves as the MD of the restaurant intervened, but instead of resolving the issue, they were incredibly rude and dismissive toward us. I booked this hotel via zomato and got 35% discount. The staff’s behaviour changed dramatically after they got to know that I have opted for the discount. They made me feel that I am there to eat for free. The food quality was average, nothing too great. I had an offer where the dessert was one the house for free. When I told them, at first they said everything is available from the dessert menu. Later they forecefully made me have icecream because that was the cheapest on the menu. This is just not disgusting but a very bad dining experience. My point is if you don’t want customers to avail discounts then just don’t list them on zomato. Simple. Horrible dining experience, horrible management and courtesy received. Will definitely think twice before coming again.
