Food top notch staff behavior is very friendly. I personally loved their Aloo do pyaza. Never thought that veg also have these varieties of menu unless and until I visited this restaurant. They also made it garlic and ginger free is you wanted to. Their are also games for kids which I found super cool and entertaining. All the experience was too good. Loved this place ❤️❤️

Breakfast/Snacks and Rice items taste best here. Taste of Gravy Main course is so so because of low price compared to snacks. Ice cream has less amount of sugar. Waiter was morose and unfriendly. Served us saucers instead of plates. Ordered various items but each came at various intervals instead of together so much so that one finished eat whilst waiting for the other items. Terrible service

The staff here need to learn manners it was morning time the staff is not at all good all the staff was standing infront of out face when eating and constantly asking for clearance of plates though there was food and in the time of bill they all are standinh with qr we told that we are paying then also they were stand infront of our face as there was bank issue it was being late till the time all the staffs standing infornt of our face please teach your employees how to behave bombay shiv sagar Kolkata branch

I ordered pav bhaji and veg sandwich cheese was not melted in d sandwich i asked d manager to cook it properly again it was almost same it was horrable experience dinning here pls dun waste ur money here
