Went for a lunch date that ended up being an evening eat out....this diner has housed a palatial set up, with compromised service etiquette in disguise, inside a hotel that could afford skimpy manpower to serve you on your committed deadline...this place has tasted our patience with a string of tasteful decoration, music and courteous senior manager who was all smiles amongst our verge of disappointment that were flooding our faces and managed to escape a backlash with a close call...never visiting again 😀 Food tastes don't stand out being average and ordinary 🤞

The vegetarian options are limited in the buffet. Pani puri and ice-cream was not served. The service is very poor.

I was firstly asked “kitna off mila hai” Then they handed me a different menu saying “ itna off mein yahi milega”….the menu compromised of 3-4 dishes in main course 2-3 soups which were not in the normal menu 2-3 main course all were just with increased price and the dish too was shit and all with increased price and then they asked to pay them directly the whole price not by zomato and when denied they gave 2 bills they told 700 zomato se kardo 200 alag sei

Very disappointing service no managment nothing only one server was available and another one when we called no response .We ordered 2starters waited 40mins then one starter came then another starter came after 5mins more .when we said about the wait the waiter respond about how busy they were zomato Swiggy etc it’s not waiters fault the managment should look after this
