Water 💧 is leaking under the wash basin. Looks dirty& unhygienic. Washroom improvement required. The drainage area is dirty. Needs proper cleaning. No air freshener

The food was okay. A bit of a bleak ambience. Beverages were worth it. However, food isn't worth that much money. A one time visit maybe.

Visited this café recently and was extremely disappointed. The place was very poorly maintained—tables, floors, and the overall ambience looked dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the café. The hygiene standards were so concerning that I didn’t feel comfortable ordering any food, as it made me question how clean the kitchen and food preparation would be. I did order a cold brew, but it was equally disappointing. The coffee tasted bland and lacked the rich flavour you would expect from a good cold brew. Afterwards, I checked the reviews on Zomato and found several others mentioning similar concerns, which only reinforced my experience. I sincerely hope the management focuses on cleanliness, hygiene, and the quality of their beverages because no customer should have to leave disappointed or feel uncomfortable about ordering food.

I went for a dog party event and the f&b experience was terrible. They had a “special select menu” for the event participants which was basically a watered down and gross version of their food. I ordered a pasta and mint mojito. The pasta was a liquid chutney sauce in a quarter plate fit for a toddler s appetite. The mint mojito was just sugar syrup.

I have ordered a burnt basque cheesecake and received this stiff, firm, bland, regular cheesecake. They advertised it with condiments but nothing came with it as well. Huge disappointment and waste of money

the ambience was good but the food was below average. the mint mojito was overly sweet. the barbecue wings were bad in taste and hard as well. the pasta was bland and unimpressive. most importantly the cheesecake was horrible. it was supposed to be a baked cheesecake cake but it was very hard. The experience with the food was very underwhelming.

Terrible service. Asked for glasses to drink water, twice. They did not provide even then. The food was bland. Ordered chocolate tarts which were again, not served on time. Got the dessert after requesting again. Would definitely not recommend.

Even putting a star feels like too much. Please don’t visit this place at alllll
