We were here for a quick coffee session in the morning. The place is decorated nicely and creates a perfect ambience. We ordered an iced mocha latte and iced Vietnamese coffee. Loved the quality of the coffee bean used.

Reserved a table for my daughter's birthday yesterday. Outside ambiance and arrangements are good. which we enjoyed on an earlier occasion. So we choose this place.But we got a bigger table this time for the party. That was in the room just outside the kitchen, smelling of all the spices, and kind of stuffy. probably they could improve on the exhaust they are using, and use some fresheners. Although we had booked a table in advance, our guests were made to sit elsewhere initially, as there was another party who had overstayed their welcome. That was annoying, as we needed some time to decorate the place for the party, before it actually took off as the room was ratherbare. . The service was painfully slow... leaving the guests sit with empty plates for long time, which is a no-no in any formal setting. The staff are well behaved and accomodating. But they need to put in some more people to help expedite the service. Food is average to good. pricing on higher side.

Bunaphile, Southern Avenue, boasts stunning décor and a majestic ambiance, making it a highly Instagrammable spot. However, the food is fairly average and the service tends to be slow. If you’re looking for a cozy place to relax with a hot cup of coffee in winter, this works perfectly. But if your goal is a hearty, sumptuous meal, this may not be the right choice. Happy eating!! 😋

We had a horrible experience with this outlet.Want to share this in detail so that others don't fall into their trap.. We had a birthday buffet arranged for my daughter for which we finalized the plan one week in advance with initial payment. It was a programme for 20 heads out of which 8 are children of age 5 ( full buffet payment for children also) Considering the exorbitant price and their reputation, we thought they would at least follow minimum standard and expectations. Here is the actual event : 1. When we reached at the location on the day, no preparation was there. They started putting light, fans, arrange tables etc after that. Rather than agreed 6.30 pm, it started after 7.30pm with guests were waiting for an hour. 2. When finally buffet starts, they brought very small quantity of fish fingers and chicken. Then despite requesting multiple times, they were not filling up starters. Guests got impatient and abandoned the items. Then they brought few more just to show it's a buffet. The intention is to deny people to take food despite taking unlimited buffet charges. Pls remember, almost half of the guests are children age 5, but still they are not able to provide food effectively for 12 persons taking buffet charges for 20 persons. 3. When. Main couse was served eventually, again people are waiting as they were not refilling. Also strange enough, the foods were not staying hot. I think a roadside shop has better infrastructure and service than this outlet (talking about buffets). 4. Drinks were theoretically unlimited, but again they took the same policy of frustrating the guests by serving the drinks after more than half an hour of ordering. 5. Also strange enough, they told starters will not continue after a specific time, meaning it's actually not a buffet of all items served together. It's a part by part buffet as per their policy. Now coming to the disgusting experience after the event. They initially gave me a hand bill, but I insisted a proper bill. They gave the bill without they actual details of the purpose of the payment. They gave me a payment receipt after I paid the full amount. When I told how to register feedback/grievance, they told me to connect with managers. There is no option to write grievances. Similar to their shameless quality and culture, when I contacted them after that initially they acknowledged the issue and requested not to disclose it to anybody. When I have given them written detailed feedback/grievances, they never came back even after more than 20 days and multiple follow ups. Just want to share this horrible buffet experience and sheer callousness/recklessness of an organization to manage customer feedback/grievances.

So we visited Bunaphile today hoping that the food would be as good as the ambience.We were sadly mistaken.The prices are high,the quantity is scanty and the taste ordinary. We didn't bother ordering many dishes.We then went and had a hearty meal at Macazzo after this just round the corner ! So please dont waste your time or money visiting this joint.

Food is no doubt good but the ambience is very disgusting. Servers dont pay attention to you we had to wait half n hour for our first order to be served & a simple ask for tissue paper to the table was also not addressed!!!

Water was dripping from the cooler, the staffs were rude and misbehaving. Though cafe was not fully occupied, still they serve the food and cold coffee after 1hr

Pathetic place. Still evolving. Food is average, inside ambience is bad and service is also poor. Please avoid to save money.
