Had a wonderful experience at Bunosilo, New Alipore. The service was truly exceptional, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. A special mention to Yuvraj, the barista, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our visit even more enjoyable. The coffee was perfectly prepared, and his recommendations were spot on. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended for both the quality of the coffee and the excellent customer service!

Had a really lovely experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Preeti took care of our table and she was wonderful throughout, attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. She made sure we were comfortable, helped us with recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Her hospitality genuinely elevated the whole dining experience.

I visited with a friend and had a wonderful experience. The Spaghetti Mushroom Florentine was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive—Sourav was exceptionally polite and attentive.

The service they offer and the food + coffee is always good. They customize the food and coffee as we want :) must try: ragi pita hummus, mandarina, iced cappuccino, paneer rice bowl

the staff is extremely lousy! they don't serve water also when asked repeatedly. don't respond when called for . there is a lady and a gentlemen handling the kitchen , they just keep chatting amongst themselves. hygiene is also pathetic, the person was constantly wiping his nose with his hands and then serving us with the same hands. so much noisy kitchen .as they keep singing .the list is endless. please change your staff immediately. I visited in the morning.
