Went over here yesterday and tried out two Chicken Whoppers (199x2) and the Grilled Chicken Wings (169 for 4). The place was a tad bit crowded around 8pm. The whooper patty was perfectly done & so the burger tasted nice. The wings were okayish.

Not too much costly. Good experience . Student friendly.. taste is very good & behaviour also nice.. must recommend

last sunday, I visited this place with my friends. We had crispy veg combo burger and crispy chicken combo burger. positive : 1) pocket-friendly and good deal. 2) decent taste (edible). negative : 1) it's mediocre. two buns + chicken patty (not at all crispy as the name suggests) + raw onion. 2) false advertisement : in the screen you can clearly see cheese is added in the burger (of the deal). However, while ordering we get to know that one need to pay extra bucks for the cheese which we did but the quantity of cheese is negligible. 3) It was dry. 4) the staff (a woman) was rude which we didn't expect. She ordered us to go and sit while we were actually standing in a queue for picking up our order. The person who took our order told us to go to the next window to pick up the order. So, definitely we weren't doing anything wrong. 5) The service was slow. so, while I tried a new item of BK, I will never order this again. I think, whopper is the best food item in their menu any day.

Burger King has launched a Summer Special menu called Lazy Lamhe that has 2 Jr Whoopers, Cheesy Fries, 2 Cookie Crunch Sundae and 2 Pepsi and it costs around Rs.600. I tried this combo at this Lake mall outlet. I love their Whoopers but the small one for this price is very unfair. Also the crunch sundae has a very peculiar taste according to me. Better to stay with their traditional signature Whoopers or King Deals.

This foreign unit is trying to maximize the profit by reducing employee salary and thus getting lower grade skills in their employees. Forget English and forget Bengali .., People at the counter couldn't even take order in hindi.. I had a horrible experience.. Mc.D is way better...

had ordered a burger n fries on offer..the burger bread was dry n stale..no veggies n hardly any sauce inside..horrible..they compromise on taste on discounted stuff..disappointed

This place serves you an excuse for a burger. I ordered a grilled chicken burger without cheese and another one of the same with cheese (21 rs extra) I was highly disappointed with what I received. It was a small bun (supposedly 4 inches but it was far from it) with a very thick slice of tomato and the thinnest slice of chicken patty. Yes you read that right 'A Slice'. I was in fact under the impression that maybe they forgot to add the patty. The one with the cheese ? I don't know where that cheese got lost since I didn't find it. Total waste and tasteless.

The service is very poor. Anytime you order from here, they will always forget to deliver coke. And the food will always served cold. Very worst online service. Please don't order food from here over Zomato or Swiggy.

The employee asks for your phone to give positive reviews themselves while you wait for your food if you don't comply they might mess with your food
