Okay I would like to comment on two unique things about this outlet which felt quite cool. They serve coffee. They have an automated counter where you can place your orders seamlessly and quickly. An offer was on regarding burgers which let us have a good snack at a really affordable price.

This Burger Kind outlet at Axis Mall food court has kiosk so you don't fall into the trap of over-prised addons forcefully sold by their staff. Order as per your choice be sure about the price. Tried my favourite Chicken Whopper here, patty was bit burned and little dry than other outlets. Good thing big cup for BK Chai but large fries are still very small. They need to include more combos, their menu is quite abstract.

The employees were rude and annoying, ordered through SOK, wrote down the minor changes in burger Mayo, the restaurant simply denied by saying we can't do. Instead of Tomato based Mayo I asked the staff politely to serve Eggless mayo! if you guys were so rude and annoying and won't give any value to your customers then I must say the brand needs to be worked on by the training department of such employees! Though the food quality was Good.. Bun is good as always.

Had better experiences before from other burger king chain but this one in particular was very disappointing. The buns from the burger was falling apart and was extremely dry. And the portion size was very less as compared to other chains. Will never recommend any person to come to this outlet.
