Cold coffee was very tasty & delicious.All staffs is very well behaved ... specially I met a staff (Ms.Mousumi) there who is very careful about her customers.From then I & my friends all love that place.

The ambience of CCD is very nice. It's a best place to read a book. We can spend 3-4 hours without anything. Last time the staff made a mistake in the bill but it was solved

Nice ambience as its known for.. Best part was location as there is no other food joint or place where one can set..so best place ..ordered cheese chilli toast and cold coffee combo with paneer sandwich.. It will pich pocket for sure overall nice experience

Located in a narrow street compared to many of the other cafe coffee day. Also it is a small size cafe coffee day, no washrooms inside so if you are getting in for loo no luck there. I ordered a classic cold coffee but it wasn't available so went with a cafe frape which was not good as other cafe coffee day. Also tried garlic bread and cappuccino but bad luck there as well. However the staff were pretty friendly and helpful so 1 star for that. The ambience was also okay but hey it's coffee I came in for.

A small but spotlessly clean outlet of CCD tucked away in this little street in such a busy area of Kolkata. They only had two tables on the ground floor and four to five tables on the first floor but the view is available only on the ground floor. There is no toilet on the premises which can be a bummer after consuming a coffee or two.

Ordered an Angara Tandoori Paneer sandwich for delivery from this branch of Café Coffee Day based somewhere in Dalhousie and was pretty disappointed! “Tandoori paneer with chatpata tomatoes wrapped in a multigrain brown bread and topped with cornmeal” - is what the online ordering menu reads for this dish. However, in reality, tomatoes were completely missing and only half a sandwich was delivered although the thumbnail displays a full one. Taste, food quality, food presentation, packing – all were fine, but the overall experience was way below expectations at this pocket pinch – especially the portion size!

I had accompanied my friend to the cafe who wanted to have a refresher and I didn't want to. So she ordered one for herself while I sat at the table when I heard the barista say that each customer should order something or they cannot remain seated. I argued this arbitrary policy of theirs and they paid no heed and told me to at least order cookies and only then I can remain seated there. We left immediately without ordering anything. Such an abysmal service experience was not expected of such a widespread beverage chain.

Ice factor was missing in Iced latte, chilli cheese toast was soggy. Would never refer it to anybody in future. Wanted them to repeat my order but futile
