This place is located in the tranquil locality of Lake Road.... Quite spacious....there is a dedicated smoking lounge too....staffs are courteous and friendly.....one can come here for that long chat with friends without any hassle of vacating the table in a hurry... Had ordered hot chocolate, frappe and cappuccino......taste was great.... The interiors are very well done providing a soothing effect to the eyes..... One all gets to see advertising standis inside the floor...... Overall, would surely recommend this for friends and family.....

Cafe Coffee Day or CCD the term coined and used by one and all has become synonymous with Coffee lovers and also ideal for adda sessions..Coffees,Shakes,Savoury items available are all good..Even tge caramelized popcorn a new addition is also good.

Coffee date with my wife & my 6 years old daughter. Had a nice evening and received good Service. Ordered Hot Chocolate and Capopechino coffee. Timely served.

This place is located near ecstasea.Visited to grab a quick bite.Ordered an expresso and smocked chicken sandwich.Service was bit slow but food was satisfactory.

I visited this outlet today morning around 10:45 am. The cafe was open and I was given the menu card. However, when I went to order, I was asked to wait as they had a Zomato order to deliver. Fair. I waited for another 10 mins till the Zomato guy was gone. Then I went again for ordering and I was asked to wait because the stock had arrived. This went on for 45 mins post which I left the outlet without ordering or having my cuppa. Horribly disappointed to see how CCD doesn't value a customer's time. If your stock is more important than the reason for which the stock is required then soon you will not require stock anymore.

I ordered 3 plates of cheese garlic bread and they charged me 754rs for extra cheese???? Potato wedges were horrible. Extremely dissapointed. 2 items on the bill was not ordered by me and when questioned they said it was charged for extra cheese which made absolute no sense. The other item of aroun 400rs billed by them was never ordered by me. The two additional items added to 1000rs which they later removed. Although I still paid a havoc amount and the extra cheese seemed to be more expensive than the dish itself. Horrible!!

D I never take to write a grievance but today we had the worst service at cafe coffee day lake road branch , kolkata ! We ordered potato wedges n there was a strand of hair in the item , the staff insisted tht they will replace as they cud not cancel the order . We thought the take away will b fresh but they had put just 3-4 pieces frm our old plate , V v pathetic treatment ! Wasn’t expected this frm the best coffee place in India !

Every single available item had to have an add on. There were no items that could have been bought without any add ons. Extremely unfair and disappointing.

The service & the behaviour of the lady stuff is too bad. They use to be busy in gossip among their team in stayed of servicing
