Location wise this outlet is good and spacious as well. Remains less crowded most of the times, also they don't play loud music like most of their outlets.

This outlet is located near Jora bridge, Santoshpur which is very easy to locate. Ambience wise, it is very nice. I love the cartoon work on the walls. They have also an outdoor seating area for 4 people. Coming to the food, we ordered ✔️ Crispy Veg Wrap ✔️ Cafe Frappe ✔️ Creamy Hot Chocolate ✔️ Banana Crisps Though CCD is my favourite but the price is increasing day by day. The staffs are very courteous. The qaulity of food is okayish.

A nice place with cozy ambience.. And a great place for chilling.. I recently have been there with my friends.. In a rainy or winter evening you can sit outside as well.. I love the ambience.. Food was good but not up to the mark.. And the rate is also high..

I ordered Alphonso mango milkshake, cocoa cookie milkshake and crunchy frappe. Crunchy frappe was okayish, nothing special! Cocoa cookie milkshake i didn't like much! But Alphonso mango milkshake was yummy and I liked it very much!

Its a good place to hangout . One could have serene eve over a cup of coffee. Though is a issue on parking as its on the main road which makes it convenient to find.

They cheat their customers Santoshpur CCD, Kolkata We were charged an exorbitant Rs. 466 for 2 regular cappuccinos. We weren't given a bill at that point. When we asked for a bill, we were given one which included 3 'Axe Signature', and charged Rs. 165 for them. When we asked the server about it, she tried to explain away 'Axe signature' as extra espresso shots for strong coffee. She couldn't explain why espresso shot was called 'Axe signature' in the bill and why we were charged for 3. Moreover, when we asked for a revised bill, the bill amounts of both did not tally. She agreed to give back Rs. 66, i.e. the difference in amounts of the 2 bills without any proper justification and without rectifying the bill. So an amount of Rs. 143 is a fraud commissioned by CCD. Please refer to your CCTV footage. We could not even enjoy our coffee because of this misconduct. To protect your reputation do take stringent measures against such fraudulent behaviour. Awaiting your action.

A lot can happen over Cafe Coffee Day We visited on 9th January, 2023 here. We ordered 2 Café Americano (190 X 2 = 380) And 2 Smoked Garlic Bread (143 X 2 = 286) They applied 5% tax on coffee (According to the waiter it is GST). On top of that they again added CGST + SGST. P.S. Before this order I ordered 2 Americano and 2 cookies (RS 50 each). They charged me 640/-. I paid on the counter and forgot to ask for the bill at that time (That's my mistake). Later when I asked for the bill to verify the price they said they can't provide any copy of the previous bill. So, be careful while visiting this CCD.

They have this weird rule that two people have to buy at least 2 drink or something because it is their company policy and also they blatantly refuse to provide normal water which is pretty much illegal but this is India so you can imagine the nonsense this place is. Food is below average even for a place like this with service from staff who pretend to be direct descendents of God or something. Wuld pretty much avoid going to this place even with a gun to my head.

My family ordered food today on Independence day via swiggy. They confirmed the order but the swiggy delivery boy informed that restaurant is closed. But CCD didn't cancel the order but rather served some foul food from their old stock. Ordered 2 grilled chicken kulsha but they delivered a small portion of half eaten kulcha. The garlic bread was also cold. Threw away the food. Happy Independence day.

We had ordered iced tea, which was just coloured water and no taste at all, along with some green apple cooler, which again was tasty but had only ice and a very little quantity of the actual cooler. The hazelnut cold coffee was however tasty. The 1 star is for the coffee.
