Affordable cafe with good food and good ambience. Quantity and quality is too good! The food served is fresh and delicious, the drinks are also served in ample quantity( tall fully filled glasses). The ambience is also really nice. We ordered cold coffee with ice cream, blue lagoon, fish finger and pepper garlic chicken. The fish finger served was so tasty and fresh, it's a must have at this price. The cold coffee with ice cream too. Would definitely visit again!

I went to Hatibagan to bring medicine for mom. At Fusion I placed the order for dinner, there they suggested they have newly opened a café upstairs I might visit. I ordered a Cappuccino. Loved it. It was a perfect cup of Cappuccino and there also I ordered a chicken pizza. The pizza was thin crust and taste wise okayish. I loved the ambience of the café and the staffs were courteous. Will visit again.

A beautiful cafe with three floors located near Shyambazar stoppage. Beautiful seating area with pretty view of busy streets of old Calcutta. Tried their Chicken Stroganoff and ice tea. Ice tea was absolutely soothing and Stroganoff was tasty too.

Food taste is good but the they took longer time than expectation for serving the food. They need to be faster. Otherwise decor and food quality is good.

Location: 3rd floor of Fusion building opposite Fbb hatibagan Food: It took more than 40 min to get the food. What we ordered: 1. Peri peri fries - In place of peri peri they sprinkled some chilli flakes and chaat masala and called it "peri peri" fries. When we complained they said it was peri peri fries . The fries were so hard and tasted like nothing and we paid rs 100 for that. 2. Pizza- The pizza was Rs. 300+, only the toppings tasted good. The cheese and the sauce was of worst quality posible. The pizza bread was also not worth 300+. Though it had a good look and good cheese pull it tasted really bad. 3. Bbq chicken wings: Though it was better than the last two, it tasted really bad too. I felt the chicken was cooked in some fish sauce. And it was way too bad for me. The person who gave us the menu was good and polite. But the person whom we complained, was rude and talked in a very bad manner. The Quality and quantity both were bad. This was not all, they wrote the price of a dish wrong in the bill which was corrected only when we remembered about the price. Really bad experience. P.S. We saw the 5 stars throughout in Zomato for which we went and got disappointed. Although we didn't taste the chinese menu there. But not returning surely.

Visited this cafe last saturday and had an awful experience. Firstly the zomato reviews are misleading, we had our hopes high when we visited this place and it was utter disappointment. They should actually stop their continental section. Basically there was neither shakes nor coffee was available. Secondly coming to food we ordered. •Peri Peri Fries- This costed us 100bucks and in the name of peri peri they had sprinkled chilli flakes along with chaat masala. Moreover, when we complained the guy was so rude. •BBQ Chicken Wings- This was of 190inr but during the billing they mentioned it of 290/-. We corrected it. Now, coming to the taste, this tasted little better than the other two. Whatever sauce it was but BBQ sauce. •New York's Finest Pizza of 370/-: This pizza was the most costly pizza of that place and it tasted like nothing. The topping was Fullfiling but the sauce and the pizza bread was not worth 370. The topping made it edible otherwise the taste was too poor. I don't know how people have given 5 stars to this place. We had a very bad experience. People ordered Chinese mostly from here, so not talking of that cuisine but continental section was horrible. Also, it nearly took 40mins for them to serve the food.

Today I went here with my friends. The cafe is situated at the top floor of Fusion restaurant, Hatibagan. positive points: Location, cool ambience negative points: On entry, we were told that only beverages are available ,so we ordered hot chocolate. They served it almost after 20 mnts. The amount was ok, but the sugar content was too much, failed to finish the glass. Overall, not so good experience. Service and taste should be upgraded.

We have literally tried to visit this cafe thrice, and every time came back because they do not have a chef! I mean what kind of a cafe does not have a chef. And since it is a franchise of Fusion resturant, they keep diverting people there telling them that the cafe's chef is unavailable. I mean basically it's like there is a cafe but no one to serve you food.
