the pizza was a little chewy and the sizzling brownie which we ordered was too hot, so it burned a little at the bottom. Other than that, the baby corn was fine and the ambiance was also very good. The waiters were also polite.

Ambiance is good, service is also good. Food could have been better. It's not yet up to the mark as per Original Calcutta 64 standards at Salt Lake. I truly hope they improve the food quality. Other than that, I am truly happy with Calcutta 64 outlet at Barasat. Thanks.

We ordered Fish and chips (bhetki) and Mexican chicken. Food is as mediocre as it gets. We also ordered pomegranate ice tea which was fair as well as a litchi ice tea which tasted like plain lemon ice tea, even the staff were confused among themselves when asked about the tea. The guy behind the coffee counter barely has any service etiquette. Hire better employees.

maximum food was not available from menu, we ordered three mocktails, taste was very bad, it's like having soda water with lots of sweet from street, we ordered one chicken starter as well, that was salty, compared to their salt lake branch where i went many times, this branch is full of dissatisfaction. not recommended

The ambience is good but the serving time is very long. We received our order after 60mins. Also we received less pieces of chicken in one of our orders, but the host was kind enough to provide us more chicken pieces.

The restaurant ambience and location is amazing. it was my 2nd time I visited the restaurant, and both the was worst. 1day the pizza was horrible, I don't think chef who used to make pizza he ever teast. and the server 😪 unbelievable the attitude. they just took the order and through on the table, no smile, no one come to talk, non of person took the feedback. even they ware not doing the clearance until customer asked. and the 2nd day food like 🤢🤮, no teast at all. simply the chef can't make dal tadka... teast less chicken curry, and the pasta, chef used noodle to make pasta ( Agli e olio spaghetti)... and again server, a single time he didn't asking for service, hence he started to had food front of the customer, and chef also came out from the kitchen and set on table in guest area.. and after had the food server had cigarette front of the customer with full of attitude, like he want to impress the girls customer... 😆😁 this is really educulas.. no hospitality knowledge. shyam.

The experience was honestly horrible. Calcutta 64 used to be one of my favourite go-to places, but the service and quality have degraded terribly. They didn’t even have basic options like stevia or sugar-free, and almost everything we asked for was met with, “No, we don’t have that.” To make matters worse, the ACs weren’t working, making the place extremely hot and humid. The iced tea, coffee, and everything else we ordered were disappointing. What was most frustrating was the overall lack of hospitality and interest in providing good service. It genuinely made me wonder why they are even running the café if they are not willing to maintain basic quality and customer service. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much I used to like this place. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch.

Extremely poor food quality. Horrible experience. Ordered Mexican chicken which tasted like undercooked chicken kosha. Even the cold coffee was shit. Totally waste of money.
