The ambience is really good and the food was great overall. We ordered grilled fish, but unfortunately it wasn’t up to the mark. However, the mocktails were amazing, and both the sushi and chilli prawn were absolutely delicious. Definitely worth visiting for the vibe and the other dishes!

If you are not careful @ billing they will collect extra 10% service charge on your bill. I conftonted and made them to revise their bill. Morover nothing fabulous compared to othet places of the location, but much overpriced.

The ambience is the best part about this place. Our server Suresh was great as well. Apart from that, the food needs definite improvements. Extremely average in terms of food.

Food was slightly costly but if you consider the ambience it was justified. But my only bitter experience was that the waiter who was attending us, used a trick that was with the WATER. As soon as we got to the table, he asked whether normal room temperature water or chilled, and I clearly told him normal regular water. He came with the bottle and glass, placed the glass on the table and without keeping the bottle on the table, opened it and served the water which was okay to me as I thought water might be INR 100-150 max.. BUT...THE SURPRISE WAS WHEN THE BILL ARRIVED, WATER WAS OF INR 345+GST...which we had to pay of course! This trick wasn't expected from such a great restaurant.. People should be informed prior that the water is chargeable or at least keep the bottle for them to open by themself or when asked to, so that at least they can have a look and then decide to keep it or not or ask the price.. BE AWARE of this TRICK!

Food and drinks were alright, service was slow. Was given a form to fill out my review and I mostly selected average for the most of the criteria especially the service and the food. The manager(who hadn’t come to our table even once, apparently he is supposed to according to the review form) started rudely questioning me about why I left the review on the form when I went to confirm if my payment was done or not. He was being very passive aggressive about my review, which I didn’t like so much so that my family had to intervene. His behaviour was not okay. I was just being honest about my experience in Capella, this overreaction was not expected. Overrated place, only considered great because of its ambience. I’d like to reiterate, average food, service and drinks. Thanks!

We visited Capella to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Despite making a prior reservation and specifically requesting a corner table with the best city view, no table was assigned to us when we arrived. We were left waiting without any acknowledgment from the staff. Once seated, there was no steward or waiter to attend our table. We had to flag down staff multiple times just to place an order. The glasses we were served were dirty and had visible lipstick marks, which was completely unhygienic. We ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza from the menu, priced at ₹800+. For that price, we expected a decent amount of toppings — either vegetables or chicken. However, the pizza that arrived had barely anything except cheese. It was in no way justified for the cost, nor did it match the menu description. The overall service was pathetic. There were no proactive waiters assisting tables, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. We felt offended and disrespected, especially since this was a birthday celebration we had planned in advance. If it were possible to give zero stars, we would. Based on the poor hygiene, lack of service, misleading food quality, and complete disregard for our reservation request, Cappla does not deserve even a single star.
