Being a regular guest in this outlet I personally felt that the manager Gopal Bera is genuinely for this hotel industry as he has all the qualities and manages the guests as well as staff so well that hats off to the this person and is genuinely a hard working person what I felt today.He is As well as a friendly person and other staff's are also well working everyone is giving their 100%.All the staff's especially the manager knows what to serve and how to serve the guests and what guests actually needs.All the staff's are very well behavedand the food shisha all are up to the mark.I felt today that all should get the credit of working so hard and I request the company to give them the credit as well for working so hard day and night.

I would recommend shisha and fooding to all as they are serving the quality as well as taste and service all things balanced and upto the mark.The place and staffs behaviour are awesome their attention towards the guests is always upto the mark this is all one needs.All the best and keep serving and treat your guests like this.

today i visit there first time for dinner. half of the cocktails was not available which was there in menu. i ordered veg biriyani which was just like normal rice and dal makhani which taste like normal dal only. rest staffs are very good. service and ambience is also good thats why i have given 2 stars.

Food was good but service was terrible …………..we were constantly getting ignored by the staff and basic things like tissue paper and water were not available at the table

We were waiting peacefully for a table, it had been good 15mins, when two girls(maybe regulars) came in and went straight for a table that was getting cleaned. On confronting them, they said they had a prior reservation, their staff confirmed too that yes they had a reservation.We left. surprisingly they denied that they take reservation on calling them. This kind of behavior won't take you a long way.

I ordered brownie break coffee shake, which has whipped cream as a topping. The topping was missing and the restaurant didnt bother to tell me while placing the order that they did not have whipped cream. The food was also disgustingly greasy and I felt sick after finishing.

Staff’s behaviour is not good we are not getting proper service. Not getting proper food. When raju was there this thing were not happening. Worst experience since last 3 days.
