Some food items and mocktails can be improved.. Indo papad was not good and Shami kabab could be improved, crispy baby corn was too sweet.. Staff is also slow and less responsive.. had to tell them 2-3 times for even basic things like water cutlery and plates

wrap and pizza was not good. The cheese was stale. wrap was served cold. Even after reporting the food quality it was not cancelled and charged in full.

We went to Chai Break on Foreshore Road recently and had a really disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow and disorganized. Our table's bread arrived long before the curries, and the dals were brought out at completely different times, making it impossible to eat a proper meal. One of the biggest issues was the restroom situation. The washroom is about 200 meters away from the restaurant, and it's in a terrible state—it felt unsafe and unhygienic, especially for women. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. On top of the poor service and facilities, the staff made things even worse. They demanded an extra Rs. 7,000 for a section of the restaurant, claiming there was a minimum billing rule, but this was never mentioned beforehand. More than half the restaurant was empty, so this seemed completely unreasonable. They also refused to accept payment through third-party dining platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, which was a huge inconvenience. After all these issues, they denied a 5% discount on total bill that was agreed upon to compensate for the problems. I even have a video recording of the payment issues. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. Between the disorganized service, unhygienic facilities, and dishonest billing practices, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We booked for 20 people for 8 pm but were asked to delay. Reached at 8:20 & found our booking given to someone else till 9. No staff willing to listen & the owner didn’t respond. Very poor behaviour. Food & hookah quality continue to be disappointing. Chai Break Foreshore Road is ruining the brand’s name—worst experience so far.

Tried Hawaiian salad in shibpur outlet it was pathetic. only loaded with cucumber, cabbage leaves and mayonnaise. pls train your chef. i have tried this salad in other CB outlets before it tasted good there. sheesha was not mixed and made well. overall i didn't enjoyed food and sheesha at all in this outlet.

it was a pathetic experience for me. specially the floor manager was very rude and unprofessional
