I have been a regular customer(App based) for this restaurant.. but I have been disappointed in their last 2 orders... in their rush to clear order .. they dont pay attention to the order.. Sautëd vegetables with mushroom arrived without the mushrooms..Combo meal with choice of bread( butter naan) arrived with masala kulcha..extra naan for which extra was charged never arrived... bill shows Naan and half torn... Very casual and irresponsible attitude for outgoing parcel... 'Who cares what customer thinks or eat?' I rate 'ZERO' for poor customer service. Popularity grows with Good service NOT number of outlets. Never ordering again.

I’ve always been a die-hard fan of Chai Break, but this particular outlet has been a huge disappointment—not once, but twice. Every time I ordered, the experience turned out bad. The staff’s behavior is extremely unprofessional; instead of accepting their mistake, they keep blaming the delivery platform. Really unacceptable from a brand I used to trust.

Unpleasant experience. We were told we could change our seat, but later staff asked us to move back and denied what was said earlier. Also, found a man inside the ladies washroom marked vacant — staff did nothing. Not acceptable at all.

Veg Jalfrezi- Look at the pic, totally tasteless , worthless, it seems we are eating chowmein veggies, the ingredients used were only capscicum and onion. When tries to complain no remedy, never recommended.

Pathetic delivery services . They accept orders and even after 1 hour 10 mins they dont even start preparing. Extremely pathetic and unprofessional
