Staff here is very cordial. One of them, Mark, is very helpful. His service is very satisfactory . Overall it was a nice experience.

Today I was physically threatened by the restaurant staff today(see picture of the bearded man) They feel they own Southern Avenue. They have a people positioned outside to enforce their will and as it happened with me using physical violence. The road outside their establishment is no parking but somehow the person claimed they have “paid” to park their patrons cars there. Are they admitting to paying a bribe? When I tried to take a picture I was physically and verbally threatened. The bearded man tried to reach inside my car and snatch my phone. Please do not visit this restaurant if you value your personal safety.

I had ordered fresh lime soda but was served fresh lime water, then they brought fresh lime soda for me but when my friend asked for a slice of lemon in his water glass they added 15rs for the single small slice, and when asked about it they said too much lemons were served in our orders where as it was their fault when they served the wrong drink, we are very frequent customers of chai break and this behaviour is not at all appreciated. very disheartened by the staff behaviour.
