Chai Break Zasu is such a refreshing experience! ✨ From the moment we walked in, everything felt so welcoming and well thought out. The ambience is beautiful, the food is genuinely delicious, and the presentation makes the whole experience even better. What really stood out was the quality and attention to detail — from the taste of the food to the service, everything was on point. The staff were extremely courteous and made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s rare to find a place that gets the food, ambience, and hospitality right all at once. Definitely a place worth visiting ❤️☕️ Siddhartha, gopal, Gaurav takes excellent care of all guest. very happy to come this place

I went here for the first and it was a wonderful experience. I took Americano and Chinese bhel. Americano is both ng to comment about. Chinese bhel was crispy and tasty. I liked my serveur Anurag who was quite good looking and very well mannered. I intend to come here again.

Great place, our server Gaurav was quite polite and attentive. The makhani cheese fondue was too good! Definitely recommend!

Service is very slow and then illegally they put service charge in the bill which if someone doesn't notice, will have to pay. AC doesn't work properly and there's damp in all the walls. Have visited many branches of Chai Break, but this is the worst.

Ambience and food is good no doubt but service is extremely slow...there were only 6 people including us but still they took almost 1 hour to deliver our food

Had the worst experience today.. they delivered wrong food .. after calling so many times they delivered the right one after two hours total harresment … manager Siddharth and the staff were irresponsive and non cooperative.. request to public not to order frm this place

It’s a pathetic restaurant with pathetic service, doesn’t reserve tables despite taking bookings, ruined our special day completely, do not ever visit here.
