It's a newly opened quick bite joint in Dunlop. Items are available at cheap price. Its famous among young crowds and often they swarm into this place to have quick bites like sandwich, burger, chai, pasta, noodles, fries etc. All of their items are tasty and hygienic. Their speciality is noodles and pasta. Do try it out.

Our recent visit to Chai Factory was underwhelming. While the food was decent, with a chicken cheese club sandwich, chilli paneer, and four cups of tea priced at ₹380, the overall experience left much to be desired. The café is very small, and the steep, narrow stairs leading up from the road felt unsafe. The ambience was unremarkable, suitable only for casual hangouts. The service was disappointing—despite ordering a chicken sandwich, we were served a paneer cheese sandwich due to their assumption that both dishes were vegetarian. Worse, they laughed it off and refused to correct the order. For a new café, such service is unacceptable if they hope to sustain long-term. The food was average, but the poor service and unsafe access make it hard to recommend. Final Rating: 2/5
