Today on 29th June 2025 after watching the movie Maa 2025 at Inox, South City Prince Anwar Shah Road from 9:05am to 11:50am for Rs. 210/- I gave them Rs. 510.00/- and then they returned me Rs. 300.00/- after that I came back home and I have ordered food through Swiggy from Chaigram Canteen, Jadavpur for the first time ever. I ordered 1 Chilli Chicken Roll for Rs. 110.00/- and 1 Mutton Biryani for Rs. 209.00/- items total amount was Rs. 319.00/- with Order Packing Charges Rs. 17.00/- and Platform Fee Rs. 11.80/- Rain 🌧️ Fee Rs. 12.00/- and Taxes Rs. 10.55/- my grand total amount was Rs. 370.35/- with Discount code applied (FLAVOURFUL) I saved Rs. -124.99/- on my entire bill and with Delivery Charge (Free with Swiggy One) of Rs. -33.00/- I have saved Rs. -158.00/- on my entire bill and my net payable amount was Rs. 245.00/- which I paid it in cash on delivery to the delivery boy Sujoy Sen. I placed an order at around 12:21pm and it was delivered within 46 minutes by 1:07pm. I gave him Rs. 500.00/- and he returned me Rs. 255.00/- the Chilli Chicken Roll was tasty and the Mutton Biryani was delicious 😋 as well. Overall ratings 5/5. Thank you so much Chaigram Canteen for making our day special.

Hi Probably the worst shop in this area. I have visited the Shop there was order hot chocolate and hot coffee and both of us order every day this the third time get as rude and unprofessional behaviour and the shop manager told me not get any beverage but already staff take the order. He told that through out the milk and also told that beverage get before 12 am not mentioned any where.last week I order one chicken moglai became sick suffering from food poisoning. Not only that they are actually frauds. Even if you go there to have a eat there they will charge you Rs.3 for a carry bag without asking for it. So be careful if you are planning to go there. Better avoid this place. There are more better places around. I want get back to response this letter.

Horrible food , pathetic ! Wasted my money ! If this review makes any difference please do not order from here ! They sell microwaved food which is completely dry and tasteless. Ordered special chicken biriyani was sent 2 chicken pieces the size of one ! Horrible !!! The place should be shut down !

worst experience ever... they are total frauds.. they sell stale foods to their customers... and charge money for it... do not ever buy any food items from them you can have food poisoning if you eat their food. I think they are going to face some legal problems very soon
