An absolute Mexican food gem in Kolkata! 🌮 Four of us — two couples and all serious foodies — visited Chimi Changa today. It’s a tiny 6-seater Mexican joint, but the food is anything but small! We tried almost every vegetarian item on the menu, from starters to mains, desserts and churros. Usually, the four of us end up finding something to critique wherever we eat — but here, we genuinely couldn’t find a single dish to complain about. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavour and beautifully executed. Honestly, this is the best Mexican food I’ve had anywhere in India so far. And the churros deserve a special mention — easily the best I’ve had in Kolkata, and among the best I’ve ever tasted. No fancy setup, no unnecessary frills — just exceptional Mexican food in a tiny, intimate space. We walked out completely satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit. Chimi Changa is a must-try for anyone who genuinely loves Mexican food.

Tried the chicken birria tacos and chicken tinga quesadillas and they were absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly flavor-packed, indulgent, rich, and mouthwatering—every bite was pure comfort and satisfaction. Birria tacos didn't disappoint, irresistible, and honestly next-level good. Definitely a spot I’ll be craving again.

The food was delicious , specially their Corn Ribs and tacos. They maintain hygiene , and their staffs especially bishwajit who was very polite. Will definitely visit them again.

Heard a lot of good things about this resturant.Today me and my sister went there.Its a very small resturant with 7-8 max seats inside.Tried their Holy Queso and Mutton Birria Tacos Holy Queso=It was cheesy and very tasty.(4/5).Costed 379 rs Mutton Birria Tacos=It was tasty.Tacos were loaded with mutton pieces.Broth was tangy and flavourful.(4/5).Costed 409 rs. The front guy who was serving and billing was very helpful. P.S.=There was no handwashing place which is a big bummer for me. Will visit again.

The food is great but the service is extremely poor and slow. Not just that, the attitude is worse. Focus is only on timely completing Zomato and Swiggy orders. Customers who are dining in, are waiting forever to get their food. It takes over 20 minutes to get the next dish after the first, during which hunger is completely killed.
