Top notch food. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken, Kolkata style Chilli Pork Dry, Drums of Heaven, Shanghai Mixed Rice & Chilli Garlic Noodles Mixed. The shrimp pieces were big and clean. Overall, very nice food.

We went there to try out the food from the Great Asian Festival going on in Chowman. Most of the food was nice (seafood moriasse, pork teriyaki with jasmine rice, chicken karage) but some (shrimp yaki udon) and korean ramen bowl were a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a nice experience.

A mixed experience at Chowman Russell Street. The elders’ table enjoyed the food and the birthday song from the jukebox. However, the service for the younger group was unprofessional. ​Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the staff was overly critical of our playful child, even removing our cutlery. A condescending remark about not knowing how to use chopsticks was particularly inappropriate. ​Food-wise, most dishes were delicious, but the Lamb in Oyster Sauce was tough and chewy. ​Overall: Good food, but the management’s attitude towards families needs major improvement.
