They should allow outdoor sitting during day hours. That's what I went for with my partner. She was slightly disappointed that we weren't allowed to sit outdoors. The dumplings tied enough the fillings came off as soon as we picked one from our Plate rest everything was 4/5.

there food is really good we go yesterday for anniversary celebration and wanted to sit in rooftop but in rooftop the renovation is going on so the dome is not there and in summer you should arrange some fan which is not available so we have to eat after feeling too much hot this actually feel bad that in summer in rooftop cafe you expect there should be arranged some fan or something and to start the music they take 30-40 minutes in rooftop at 6 pm but after telling 2-3 time they finally played the music and their behaviour is good it's a mix of felling they need to improve that things otherwise it was good

Pathetic experience. I had a table booking with Zomato to celebrate birthday with family on 25th April 2026. Everything was ok on that day but the caos (a state of utter confusion, disorder and total lack of organization) started as I went to collect the bag containing gift and chocolates I left there on 25th April. At first the staff told me to wait and after 10 minutes I saw a staff was approaching the bag in hand and sudden some of the staffs including the Manager rushed and took the person out of my sieght. After waiting for another 05 minutes one staff came with the bag and said 'this was the belongings you left', its a white lie and the staff look confident while lying. I was astonished when I found that one part of the gift was badly damaged and there were no chocolate packets . The staff rudely argued with me and when I asked for camera check they said that 'please order the chocolates on Blinkint and we will pay for it.' Why, why will you pay from your pocket , just because you have consumed it.... After waiting for another 20 minutes the staff arrived with a smaller version of the item I left and again started arguing rudely and arrogantly, I decided not to waste my time so left the place. My question to Mr. Sailesh Goyal, Mr. Rahul Singhee, Mr. Saras Agarwal and Mr.Niraj Goel 1. How can the service staff be so irresponsible that they have consumed the guest belongings ? It is equivalent to theft. 2. Once only I saw the Manager, after that he never came to explain or apologize, is this is the type of service you offer to your guest ? This is the responsibility of the senior management staff to deal with the guest and handle the situation, and your manager never showed up instead he was sending junior staffs to deal this kind of sensitive issues. 3. This is the way you handle guest belongings ? Please maintain atleast the 'lost & found' register and assign someone to take care of the items found. 4. Is this the way(rudely and dishonestly) your employees behave with guests ? Atleast please appoint some professional/s so that they could train the other staffs regarding how to talk to guest and behave with guest. Hospitality is not all about selling ambience, food and beverages, etc and earning money, public relation, service, after sales service, grooming, staff behavior,hygiene, etc also matters please take care otherwise you will loose your goodwill in near future. Overall my experience with your institution was terribly bad than the worst. It doesn't matter how valuable the chocolates were or how much quantity was there , it matters that someone's emotions was attached with that ,it was a gift. Being a General Manager of a reputed hotel brand I felt ashamed in front of my family that this is the condition of the Hospitality Industry of my own city. Please take care so that no other guest shares such pathetic experience with your institution.

Tried chicken bao it was worst in taste, the bread was stale and the chicken stuffing was sweet when it was supposed to be spicy. I’ve tried their bao many times but this time it was the worst experience, it was my go to spot but after this experience, I’m never gonna choose this place
