Had all my occasions cake made from here and they were beyond perfect. Also everyone complimented how good they tasted. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some beautiful and tasty wedding cakes or any other occasions ! The best pastries in the (CN). So many fresh options, great service and a clean space. This bakery is a slice of heaven. All the pastries are beautiful and delicious, and the menu is fantastic, too.

One the best Bakeries out there in south Kolkata ! with Moderate pricing they offer a wide range of delicacies! Thanks Dinabandhu, Mr.paul, Nemai for their services ! Would recommend the Orange mojito from the drinks menu for a refreshing experience!

This cake is by far one of the best Tiramisu cake I have had . The aftertaste of coffee and the very soft creamy texture of Tiramisu makes every bite enjoyable ! A must have if ever thinking of Cocoa Bakery !

This is a lovely local coffee shop with wonderful staff. However for the price the coffee they serve is of rather poor quality and doesn’t do justice to the place. Could you please use some better beans for your coffee and you will have a winner. Thanks

We ordered a tiramisu cake for a birthday party and the cake was delivered on time and the taste was good. But in the instruction, we mentioned "write Happy Birthday Avik" and anyone who has common sense would have understood that. But look at the image, it was a hilarious moment for us. The staffs should have minimum sense.

The tiramisu. Its really bad. If they are charging that much for a tiramisu they should know how to make it. And why its that expensive everywhere. They charge what an authentically made tiramisu costs and gave us utter rubbish.

Please do read if Birthday Cakes mean a lot to you and if you have a big sweet tooth like me! 😀 Had ordered a Pineapple Cake from COCOA Bakery Ballygunge Place last week. Have been to the cafe multiple times before and have really liked the desserts there, which is why that was the go to choice for a celebration cake. Unfortunately, the cake was rotten and fermented and it tasted so stale that we couldn’t have even a full slice. We then decided to call them up and enquire about the next steps we could take and the manager responded very rudely and said that a voucher for Rs.200 would be added to the Zomato account where the cake had been ordered from, as compensation. This Rs.200 voucher was not even half of what the cake actually cost!! After a lot of negotiation and consistent rude retorts from the manager, the cake was sent back via Swiggy genie and we expected a full refund or a different cake as mutually agreed upon. We then called them an hour later to enquire if they have received the cake and whether they would give a full refund to which they said that they would initiate a full refund via Zomato. This obviously did not happen and neither did they send another cake. Upon calling them again next morning they said the cake was not stale but the pineapple syrup was maybe overpowering the taste (which is a very stupid explanation btw) and hence they cannot initiate a refund and since we did not deliver the cake back personally they could not send a replacement. We went all the way to the Ballygunge outlet that afternoon and again the manager started to very rudely defend the stale and fermented cake that they sent. We were then handed a dry cake as a replacement which also did not cost even half as much as the pineapple cake did and neither did it have the price written on the box! I’m not at all in for cancelling anything but Cocoa Bakery definitely remains cancelled in the future for this absolute scam that they have pulled. Posting a picture of the cake here for you folks to avoid buying Fresh Fruit cakes from them.

i had been to their minto park branch liked their desserts though they were costly so decided to visit their ballygunge outlet. when we enter we are told theirs sandwich pasta options to which i said i wanted to have desserts. From then we could hear them shout out loud people of kolkata have no idea what sandwiches or pasta are. They don't know the difference between sphagetti and noodles etc etc which was downright disrespectful. We came out and I am definitely not going there anymore.
