Visited Cocoa Bakery (Loudon Street) on 08/08/2024. We ordered: 1) Cappuccino (Large) 2) Hazelnut Crunch Pastry 3) Brownie in Bowl All the items that we ordered were lip-smacking. The total bill amount was Rs 640. The decor of this particular outlet is absolutely mesmerizing. The service is very good. The ambience is so spectacular that it will feel like you have been teleported to one of the cute cafes in Europe. One of the best cafes in Kolkata! Strongly recommended!

We have our own tastemade treats here to tuck back at....Burmese coffee...baklava...macaroons and what not! Pay a good price if you are craving some very authentic snackables on those ditchy weekends 🤞😀👌✨️✌️ And pls dont fall prey to those no-sugar cake Fad as the date-crammed sugar free cakes will give your glycemic index a steep spike anyway and your teeth will faint out of sweetness overload anyhow 😉 😜

Cocoa Bakery has become my go-to place now - whether it’s takeaway, delivery, or dine-in. I absolutely love their coffees, and everything with hazelnut on their menu is to die for. This September, I tried quite a few items: 45% Dark Chocolate Mocha (hot), Nut Corner, Classic Virgin Mojito, Orange Mojito, Roast Chicken Brioche Sandwich, Sugar-Free Date & Hazelnut Cake Slice, and a hot Hazelnut Latte. The cookies they serve with hot coffee are honestly to die for - guilty, I love them! The place itself is beautiful with minimal décor, nothing too fancy. The vibe is chic. The only drawbacks I felt are: the washroom isn’t clean, it’s unisex and located underground, plus the menu is slightly overpriced.

Chicken cheese burger was very dry, the bread and chicken patty both. French fries were also not up to the mark. Macaroons and apple pie were good

For the price point (which is costly), I expect healthier & fresh food. serving refried French fries is a huge disspointment, as well as chicken sandwich loaded with mayonnaise. if the food is good & fresh, you don't need 70% of the portion as mayo. (after all, mayo is nothing but uncooked oil+egg and its not a replacement of cheese).

Just wanted to give a feedback too low on staff and ambience is nice but they need to work on their italian cuisine it was too bland and they even gave us a wrong order but they charged us for the same rather then cancelling the item

The toilet is totally uncleaned and there is just one unisex, not that big an issue for men but I wonder what a woman have to ge through of they visit this place. Adding the cherry on top was shocking hygiene, I came across a cockroach on the seat in front of me. The way this outlet has traffic, they can't complaint of very low sales to maintain or operate properly. Really disappointed with this outlet in particular.

located at such a prime location but very rotten experience.. visited this place more than 10 times.. but there is one particular lady staff in d morning n afternoon who makes the experience really bitter... pls remove her.. add some vegetarian no onion no garlic option.. according to her nothing is nong in the menu not even a margarita pizza or a white sauce pasta oh n yes are French fires also not possible with onion and garlic
