The ambience is quiet and beautiful. The staffs are very nice aswell. Cannot point out a single food that I don't like. it is my favorite cafe indeed. Very affordable and the food items are amazing, mainly the desserts.

Loved this bakery. We tried the fried chicken focaccia and the signature cold coffee. The focaccia was basic but we liked it, and the cold coffee was really good. The interior is super cozy and beautifully decorated, giving it a really warm atmosphere. We will absolutely be back to try their desserts soon.

Once one of the city's most popular cafés, this place sadly seems to be past its prime. I recently visited with an old friend and noticed a significant decline in service and comfort. The seating felt cramped, and despite ordering an Iced Spanish Latte and garlic bread, we waited much longer than expected while tables seated after us were served first. The staff were polite and hardworking, so the issue appears to be more with management and workflow than the employees themselves. The café still has a great atmosphere, but it needs better organization to regain its former charm.

The Irish coffee was good. The gluten free cake in desserts was amazing. The burrito bowl was average, the quantity was quite generous though. But the chicken quantity and beans flavour in the burrito could have been better. The beans gravy tasted more like rajma. They seriously screwed up the aglio olio pasta, it seemed like they had used two kinds of ingredients there- one was proper spaghetti while the other was simple chinese noodles. As a result of which they were of uneven length and unevenly cooked. However the servers and manager are really nice.

Had food poisoning thanks to their Mexican bean burger. Had small plastics in it which got involuntarily digested and a big plastic which came in my mouth. Called the staff, they apologized and gave me a free burger as a compensation. I took the burger thinking of it as an honest mistake. Sometime afterwards I started vomiting and then had acute stomach ache which turned to diarrhea. Avoid this place or ask beforehand if they don't have plastic in their food. Wish I had clicked a picture but they took away the plastic as soon as I complained.

Southern Avenue outlet - We ordered the hummus platter-which was sour and grainy, probably from the day before. We also ordered their chef recommended Avocado Benny Bar which we returned to them after a single bite as it was bitter and not at all good. They did not seem apologetic at all and by no means acknowledged the same. Wouldn't recommend at all.
