Too good in every respect. First visit to their southern Avenue outlet nd got very much impressed with the food , service and of course with the decor. This place was looking a bit extra gorgeous with all their Christmas makeover 😀 what a peaceful place to spend some quality time with your people. Outdoor seating area may be small but there's surely a cozy vibes. Affogato. Sandwich, pastry everything was perfectly prepared. Will recommend and will visit again soon.

The food was always good and I have been to several outlets across New Alipore, Loudon St., now Jatin Bagchi Rd. The lady made me macchiato. The ragi cookie wasn’t good at all so I resorted to a macaroon chocolate flavoured! There was NO almond milk tho.

this has become my favourite go to place . love love love the cafe their ambience along with food and beverages. they do customise as well . here is what I had this Saturday . and I was served by Anamika in the purna Das road branch

Never experienced such a delayed service. Though the staff was polite, the service was really bad. They didn't remember orders and took more than 20-30 mins just to take the order. Then they happily forgot half the items. Food was served after 40-50 monitors after placing the order. We went for breakfast but we were forced to have brunch cuz of the delay

I usually don't write this kind of a review but I am very disappointed with the entire experience. food is not upto the mark and extremely overpriced. we ordered aglio olio with chicken and a chicken burger which costed Rs.650 and Rs.460. The aglio olio had no taste what so ever and the burger was also disappointing for the price. Seriously I am so shocked with all the positive reviews.

Very bad service they didn’t even gave the orders to the table and suddenly when asked they told they forgot to give that I’ll definitely not recommend this cafe to anyone
