Too good in every respect. First visit to their southern Avenue outlet nd got very much impressed with the food , service and of course with the decor. This place was looking a bit extra gorgeous with all their Christmas makeover 😀 what a peaceful place to spend some quality time with your people. Outdoor seating area may be small but there's surely a cozy vibes. Affogato. Sandwich, pastry everything was perfectly prepared. Will recommend and will visit again soon.

Me and my friend recently visited this bakery and had a great time here. We tried their vanilla cafe latte, caramel cafe latte, tres leches and nutella cheesecake. Each and every item was super yummy and delicious and the ambiance was also so cute and pretty....it was raining outside that day and it was looking so serene from the glass walls. Would love to come back here to try their other desserts.😍

Cocoa bakery has multiple outlets serving drooling deserts.. And this outlet also serves good food and drinks and specially ice creams.. Their food which I tried was good in taste.. Satisfactory meal i had here.. Service was quite good less attentive but courteous.. And the Ambiance is cosy glass house vibe perfect for coffee date in rainy weather..

Food and ambience was the only highlight. Reluctant staff, no cutlery provided, no water provided or even asked for.

Didn’t like the taste of the food at all. The deserts were okay. But again the service was bad. I asked for cheese sauce and they kept on giving mayonnaise stating cheese sauce.

Very bad service they didn’t even gave the orders to the table and suddenly when asked they told they forgot to give that I’ll definitely not recommend this cafe to anyone
