Everything was tasty but chilli fish was not that good …it was hard and very salty .. try to improve . Another thing to mention the menu was not updated …so in my review i attached the latest menu of 2026 ..and also the contact number of coffee house was not of coffee house …when i called its someone else ..so people might get confused . Rest everything was great .

Went to coffee house Newtown on 30/01/25 late evening for heavy snacks (which would suffice for dinner😉) Had Gondhoraj Chicken Pakora (6Pcs) @ 230 Baked Bhetki Fish @ 250 Non Veg Club Sandwich @ 150 Grilled Baked Bhetki Fish in Lemon Sauce @ 250 Kung Pao Chicken @ 190 We were a family of 4. We took 2 Plates of Gondhoraj Chicken Pakora (6+6=12Pcs i.e 3 Pc each) which served as starter. Then we had 1 Plate Kung Pao Chicken (6Pcs) as a mid meal. for our so called main course.. 2 of us had Non Veg Club sandwich (1 plate each, each plate had 2 club Sandwiches) which was served with potato chips and tomato sauce. and the rest 2 had a baked bhetki fish each, which was great!!! Tossed in melted cheese, and served with veggies (Brocolli, Beans and carrot) and a slice of bread. Finally we had another plate Grilled baked bhetki fish in lemon sauce (1 plate shared by 2) & 1 non veg club sandwich (shared by 2 ppl) Service needs to be improved since we had to ask for water, cutlery, etc and only then it was served. Hence, our Total Bill was:- Gondhoraj Chicken Pakora (6 Pcs) @ 230 x2 = 460 Kung Pao Chicken @ 190 Baked Bhetki Fish @ 250 x 2 = 500 Grilled Bhetki Fish in Lemon Sauce @ 250 Non Veg Sandwich @ 150 x3= 450 Total:- 1850 + 5%GST= Rs. 1943 + Rs.50 Tip = Rs.1993. Hence, a Good snacks Dinner cum outing for 4 people for Rs.2,000/-

Coffee House is located near Amity University, Newtown. This is not really the same as the older Coffee House of College Street. It looks much modern and attracts a young crowd for its bright decoration. We visited during a Sunday evening and had to wait for 25-30 minutes to get a table. The AC was not working at our table and it was very uncomfortable. Since it was very crowded, the service was also delayed. We had Fish Fingers, Drums of Heaven, French Fries ,Coffee, Cold Coffee and Mixed Hakka Noodles. Food items were average and nothing special. The main attraction is their decoration and bright lighting. It becomes very attractive to a young crowd because of its decoration. You can click a nice picture in and around this place. There is not much public transport available around this section of Newtown. One has to drop at Aliah University and walk for 10-12 minutes to reach this place. If you are visiting with your own vehicle, there is ample parking space available on the front road.

This place is situated just opposite Amity University. The ambience & the vibes of the places is really good if you visit during evening time. But unfortunately the food is a bit disappointing , we ordered Cappuccino & chicken popcorn, Coffee could have been much better as compared to its cost. Chicken popcorn was also average. Overall - if you want to visit a photogenic place then surely you will love this place.

First of all the restaurant/cafe name is coffee house so atleast they should keep good coffee because 3-4 time i went there but never liked coffee …simply charging that much money and utensils they use of very cheap material

On a sunday evening we had to wait for 30mins for our table which would have been worth it had the food been upto the mark. But sadly the it was not. We ordered Chicken Chowmein, Grilled Bhetki Fish with Lemon & Butter Sauce, Pecan Pie in desert and cold coffee along with it. Grilled Bhteki was average, Chowmein was not better than what you get at a street side fast food stall. Pecan pie was upto the mark though. What was really disppointing was a simple drink like cold coffe. For first time we came to know that cold coffee can be stored in a steel container and poured onto a glass and served when ordered. Absolutely pathetic. When asked at the counter they retorted it was the right way to make and serve cold coffee. Anywho, this was the first and last time for us Coffee House Newtown. Please avoid this overhyped place.

Visited for the first time and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The place is massively overhyped. I tried their so-called specialty — the Fish Kabiraji — and it was swimming in oil, so much so that it felt like the USA might invade it for resources. The Baked Betki was passable at best, and the cold coffee? Tasted more like cold milk than anything remotely close to coffee. To top it off, I had to wait 20-25 minutes just for the bill, which really tested my patience. Overall, I won’t be recommending this place. Definitely not worth the hype.

one of the worst cafe in the town. These guys are serving cold coffee without icecream and ice. what the hell is wrong with them. even after complaining the waiter he js arguing that- hamare yahan cold coffee aise hi hote hai. thandi pani mein mix kr k hi dete hai. i mean I am paying 120 rs just for the glass of cold water. attached is the glass of coffee. now you can really understand the quality of coffee. It doesnt even have that stain of coffee in the glass.

The staff who served us was very rude and had a lot of attitude. The food was not of good quality. The cutlery was very dirty.
