Colab Coffee is one of those cafés where everything just comes together beautifully. We tried their lattes, and they were exactly what a good coffee should be, smooth, balanced, creamy, and perfectly brewed without overpowering the coffee itself. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was the real star for me. Easily one of the best I’ve had so far! The matcha was beautifully balanced with the strawberry fresh, creamy, subtly sweet, and not artificial or overly sugary. Just the way a strawberry matcha should be. We also tried the Parmesan Truffle Fries, which were wonderfully crispy, cheesy, and packed with that lovely truffle aroma. The Fish Fingers were fresh, crisp on the outside and tender inside. While the Diavolo Chicken Pizza had a great flavour with the right amount of spice and a deliciously satisfying topping-to-crust balance. Everything we ordered was genuinely wonderful. And beyond the food and coffee, the café itself deserves a special mention. The ambience is top-notch, the seating is comfortable, the music sets the right mood, there’s plenty of space, and the overall vibe is relaxed yet lively. The service was equally great, making the whole experience even better. The location is another plus. Overall, Colab Coffee gets a big thumbs up from me! Great coffee, fantastic food, beautiful ambience and excellent service, definitely a place worth visiting.

The coffee is literally one of the best in Kolkata. We took the pour over, the orange tea cake and the caramel latte. All of them were excellent. Manas who was the person responsible for our orders, he was incredibly nice, tended to all our requirements and had immaculate suggestions. We come here regularly and it's really an experience everytime.

The wild mushrooms fettuccine pasta and the Diavola pizza recommended by Rupa Di were top notch. The tiramisu was a bit disappointing though since I have heard they have one of the best tiramisu in the city. The mango matcha and cold coffee were nice too. Shout out to Rupa Di for being an absolute sweet heart and being so attentive.

we had a lovely experience and a special mention of Mr. Chotu Shaw for being so warm , polite and attentive throughout. He suggested some really good dishes and helped us order. Overall excellent service

The staff here is not capable of managing rush. They are very rude and several staff claim to be managers.
