Last week, I visited Cosy Box with my office colleagues, and we had a wonderful experience. The ambience was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and the food quality was top-notch. A special thanks to Ms. Pinky Basu for her incredible hospitality and outstanding service. She went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommended! We will definitely visit again. Thank you, Pinky, for making our evening so special

⭐️⭐️ Visited Cosy Box last week and honestly loved the food, ambience, and overall atmosphere. It could have been a place I’d happily visit again. However, the drinking water was extremely disappointing and concerning. The RO/house water served to us did not seem fit for drinking. When I asked about it, I was told by the staff that they themselves drink the same water. At the same time, we were offered bottled mineral water costing around ₹365. Why should customers have to pay for bottled water because they are uncomfortable drinking the complimentary water? A friend of mine also became seriously ill and required hospitalisation after consuming the water. I cannot personally establish that the water was the medical cause, but the situation was concerning enough that I believe the restaurant should have the water independently tested. If Cosy Box believes the water is safe, I would strongly recommend that they conduct an accredited laboratory test and make the water-quality report available. The food and ambience may be excellent, but safe drinking water should never be something customers have to worry about in a restaurant. I hope the management takes this seriously and checks the RO system and water quality immediately.
