I went to this place to celebrate my three month wedding anniversary. this place has a amazing ambience situated on 10th floor with a nice view . They have a indoor dinning place with a dim light and a beautiful interior. Coming to food i tried their Turkish food which was recommend me by staff members and totally in love with the food . i would personally recommend everyone to try that Turkish food option . And i also tried their Shanghai Potatoes which was also a nice starter . Later on request they presented us a cake with candles and it turned out to be amazing night for both of us . Thank you .

Overpriced place. Food is decent. Dessert was amazing. But Hookah is too much overpriced (₹2500 or 2600) and no menu or price chart were given by them for hookah.

Very disappointing experience at Cosy Box Kolkata. The staff and security were extremely rude and behaved unprofessionally. I was treated disrespectfully despite being a paying customer, and the bodyguard/security staff even tried to push me out instead of handling the situation properly.

Your staff Amit Adhikari is highly rude and uncordial. Not at all courteous and polite! He doesnot know to treat guests and event organisers and does not corporate at all. Please hire someone who can match the level of ur hospitality

Food is horrible and drinks are more horrible, waste of money, everything is overpriced, plz do not visit
