extremely poor hygiene. Very disappointing experience. Flies were flying all over the cafe which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a place serving food and beverages. I personally complained about the issue to the staff, but instead of taking proper cleaning measures, they simply sprayed room freshener. Using room freshener does not solve a fly infestation and, in fact, spraying it around food areas is hardly an appropriate response to a hygiene complaint. The management needs to take immediate and proper pest-control and sanitation measures.
