I love visiting craft coffee, in all their outlets but particularly the ballygunge phari experience centre. As my visits are usually rushed, they understand and are very prompt. I came for Mother's Day, and Dipa made it perfect.

Nice ambience,aesthetic vibes, delicious food and beverages. Excellent service by Abhijit and Sujan. Craft coffee is my go to place. Will definitely recommend 👌

Less people Tables were very chipka hua Bhale he double paisa leta Maybe some ambience music Rooftop tha fir bhi aur fans lagana chaiye Service was ok , could’ve been better as it was very slow and many items not available , cafe me ek point me coffee he nahi tha. Menu could be better. Food taste could be better Valet parking

I went to a café, but there was no AC area available, so they made me sit on the rooftop. There was no fan, only one cooler giving some air, but it was still hot and I had to sit in the heat. Then when a couple arrived, the café staff even turned that cooler towards them. Before that, a group of girls came and the staff let them sit in the AC area. I felt like they were not giving me any priority. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this kind of behavior.
